But first let me tell you what happened.

The actions of the man who rescued me

And whereas healthy adults and children

And the answer may be

And I've had the opportunity now to ask a lot of altruistic kidney donors

And I think that's actually a really telling answer,

I think the best description for this amazing lack of self-centeredness
