Five years ago, I was on a sabbatical,

When we started doing our research at BCG,

In the late '70s, there were a group

Now I found this principle really exciting.

So the physicians get together,

Now, that's not the only exciting part.

But if you bring back the cost side of the equation,

it turns out, those who have focused on quality,
