I’m working a lot with motion and animation,

من زۆر لەگەڵ جوڵە و وێنەى جوڵاو کاردەکەم،

and also I'm an old DJ and a musician.

وهەروەها من دیجەیەکى کۆن و ژەنیارم.

So, music videos are something that I always found interesting,

بۆیە، ڤیدیۆى مۆسیقا شتێکە کە هەمیشە سەرنجى ڕادەکێشام،

but they always seem to be so reactive.

بەڵام ئەوان هەمیشە زۆر کارلێکەر دەردەکەون.

So I was thinking, can you remove us as creators

بۆیە وامبیردەکردەوە، ئایە دەتوانیت وەک داهێنەر لامانبەى

and try to make the music be the voice

و هەوڵبدەى مۆسیقا بکەیت بە دەنگ

and have the animation following it?

و وێنەى جوڵاوى دواى ئەمەت هەیە؟

So with two designers, Tolga and Christina, at my office, we took a track --

بۆیە لەگەڵ دوو دیزاینەر، تۆڵگە و کریستینا، لەنوسنگەکەم، بەرهەمێکمان وەرگرت --

many of you probably know it. It’s about 25 years old,

زۆرێک لە ئێوە ڕەنگە ئەوە بزانێت. ئەوە نزیکە ی ٢٥ ساڵە،

and it's David Byrne and Brian Eno --

و ئەوە دەیڤتد بایرن و بڕایەن ینۆ یە --

and we did this little animation.

و وێنە جوڵاوە بچوکمان درووست کرد.

And I think that it's maybe interesting, also,

و وابیردەکەمەوە کە ڕەنگە ئەوە سەرنج ڕاکێش بێت، هەروەها،

that it deals with two problematic issues,

کە لەگەڵ دوو پرسى کێشاوى مامەڵە دەکات،

which are rising waters and religion.

کەوا ئاوەکان و ئاینەکان بەرز دەکاتەوە.

Song: Before God destroyed the people on the Earth,

گۆرانى: پێش ئەوەى خودا لەسەر زەوى خەڵک لەناو بەرێت،

he warned Noah to build an Ark.

ئەو نوحى لە دروستکردنى کەشتیەک ئاگادار کردەوە.

And after Noah built his Ark,

و دوایی نوح کەشتیەکەى دروست کرد،

I believe he told Noah to warn the people

باوەڕ دەکەم ئەو بە نوحى وتبێت خەڵکەکە ئاگادار بکاتەوە

that they must change all their wicked ways

کە پێویستە ئەوان هەموو ڕێگا بەدەکانیان بگۆرن

before he come upon them and destroy them.

پێش ئەوەى بێتە سەریان و لەناویان بەرێت.

And when Noah had done built his Ark,

و کاتێک نوح لە دروستکردنى کەشتیەکە تەواو بوو،

I understand that somebody began to rend a song.

من تێدەگەم کەوا کەسێک دەستى بە تەواو کردنى گۆرانیەکە کرد.

And the song began to move on I understand like this.

و گۆرانیەکە دەستى بە جوڵە کرد من بەم شێوەیە لێی تێدەگەم.

And when Noah had done built his Ark ...

و کاتێک نوح لە دروستکردنى کەشتیەکە تەواو بوو ...

Move on ... In fact ... Concern ...

بجوڵێ لەڕاستىدا خەم...

So they get tired, has come dark and rain; they get weary and tired.

بۆیە ئەوان مانوو بوون, تاریکى و باران هات: ئەوان شەکەت و ماندوو بوون.

And then he went and knocked an old lady house.

و دواى ڕۆیشت و لەقاپى ماڵى خانمێکى پیرىدا.

And old lady ran to the door and say, "Who is it?"

و خانمەپیرەکە بۆلاى دەرگاکە ڕایکرد و وتى, " ئەو ە کێیە؟"

Jack say, "Me, Mama-san, could we spend the night here?

جاک وتى, " من, خانمی یانە, دەتوانى شەوەکە لێرە بەسەر بەرین؟

Because we’re far from home, we’re very tired."

چونکە ئێمە لەماڵەکەوە دوورین, ئێمە زۆر ماندووین."

And the old lady said, "Oh yes, come on in."

و خانمەپیرەکە وتى, " ئۆى بەڵێ, وەرە ژوورەوە."

It was come dark and rain, will make you weary and tired.

تاریکى و باران هات, وات لێدەکات شەکەت و ماندوو بیت.
