So let me start by talking about crack cocaine,

To do that, you have to actually go back to a time before crack cocaine,

So what did we find?

Well, let me say one thing:

One thing we observed in the data is that it looked like --

No matter how bad it was economically, he always got himself paid.

We had some theories related to cash flow,
