Because it does seem to me that large organizations

But I was at a TED event recently and Esther Duflo,

And she came across a similar example

I think good use of behavioral economics in that,

Our own sense of self-aggrandizement

Now, here's another thing that happens,

get big, highly-intelligent attention,

Actually, what happens in the world increasingly --

now, all credit to the British Airport Authority.

I spoke about this before,

and a brilliant person got in touch with me and said, "Okay, what can you do?"

So I did come up with five suggestions, which they are actually actioning.

So these questions ... what is happening in the world

But the small stuff, what you might call the user interface,

But also, there seems to be a complete sort of gridlock

Because the people who can actually solve them

I tried this exercise recently, talking about banking.

Let's face it, most of us -- how many of you

Now, interesting that no single person does that,

Then there are other things that don't cost much and achieve absolutely nothing.

다음은 비용이 많이 들지 않으면서 아무 결과도 내지 못하는 분면입니다.

That's called trivia.

하찮은 것들이죠.

But there's a fourth thing.

4번째 분면이 있습니다.

And the fundamental problem is we don't actually have a word for this stuff.

근본적인 문제는 우리가 이 분면에 대한 단어를 가지고 있지 않다는 것입니다.

We don't know what to call it.

이것을 무엇이라고 부를지 모르죠.

And actually we don't spend nearly enough money

게다가 실질적으로 우리는 이런 것들을 찾는데에

looking for those things,

looking for those tiny things that may or may not work,

but which, if they do work,

can have a success absolutely out of proportion

So the first thing I'd like

The people who actually have no money,

And if actually we created a Ministry of Detail

and business actually had Chief Detail Officers,

then that fourth quadrant,

현재 강하게 부정되는

which is so woefully neglected at the moment,

might finally get the attention it deserves.
