One day a one-eyed monkey came into the forest.

We had somebody from public health. And Devdutt also mentioned public health.

Well, millions of people around the world die

I think it's safe to say that all of us here

אבי המלך אמר "מי יתחתן עם נסיכה שורקת?"

Her mother the queen said, "Who will marry a whistling princess?"

אמה המלכה אמרה "מי יתחתן עם נסיכה שורקת?"

But the king had an idea.

אבל למלך היה רעיון.

He announced a Swayamvara.

הוא הכריז על סוואיאמווארה.

He invited all the princes to come and defeat his daughter at whistling.

הוא הזמין את כל הנסיכים להגיע ולנצח את ביתו בשריקה.

"Whoever defeats my daughter shall have half my kingdom

"מי שינצח את ביתי יזכה בחצי מממלכתי

and her hand in marriage!"

ובידה של בתי להינשא לה!"

Soon the palace filled with princes whistling.

עד מהרה הארמון התמלא בנסיכים שורקים.

Some whistled badly.

חלקן שרקו גרוע.

Some whistled well.

חלקם שרקו היטב.

But nobody could defeat the princess.

אבל אף אחד מהם לא יכל לנצח את הנסיכה.

"Now what shall we do?" said the king.

"עכשיו מה נעשה?" אמר המלך.

"Now what shall we do?" said the queen.

"עכשיו מה נעשה?" אמרה המלכה.

But the princess said, "Father, Mother, don't worry.

אבל הנסיכה אמרה "אבא, אמא, אל תדאגו.

I have an idea. I am going to go to each of these young men

יש לי רעיון. אני אגש לכל אחד מהבחורים הצעירים האלו

and I am going to ask them

ואני אשאל אותם

if they defeated correctly.

אם הם נכשלו בצדק.

And if somebody answers, that shall be my wish."

ואם מישהו יענה, זה יהיה מבוקשי".

So she went up to each and said, "Do you accept that I have defeated you?"

And they said, "Me? Defeated by a woman?

והם אמרו "אני? שאישה תנצח אותי?

No way, that's impossible! No no no no no! That's not possible."

בשום פנים ואופן, זה בלתי אפשרי! לא לא לא לא! זה לא אפשרי."

Till finally one prince said,

עד שלבסוף נסיך אחד אמר,

"Princess, I accept, you have defeated me."

"נסיכה, אני מסכים, את ניצחת אותי."

"Uh-huh ..." she said.

"אה-הא..." היא אמרה.

"Father, mother, this man shall be my wife."

"אבא, אמא, האיש הזה יהיה אשתי".
