It's important that we build this platform,

This means that we have to focus on how our youth

I want to tell you a little story.

From 1967 to '70, Nigeria fought a war -- the Nigeria-Biafra war.

We spent much of our time with my mother cooking.

What did they do with the 3 billion dollars in aid?

They used it to build an information superhighway,

My frustration is if they can build infrastructure in Spain --
