ئەمڕۆ شتێكی كەمێك جیاوازمان ھەیە.

Dr. Jane Goodall is going to tell you a story.

دكتۆر جەین گوودئۆل چیرۆكێكمان بۆ دەگێرێتەوە.

Ready?

تا كۆتایی بینەری ڤیدیۆكە بن

Let's begin.

بۆ ئەوەی فێربن چۆن ئەمە وەك پەرتووكی منداڵان بە خۆرایی دابەزێنن.

ئایا ئامادەن؟

It starts as a whisper,

با دەست پێ بكەین.

a word on the air.

It can't quite be heard, but you know that it's there.

وەك چرپەیەك دەست پێ دەكات،

وەك وشەیەك لە ھەوادا بوونی ھەیە.

As gentle as sunlight,

ناتوانرێت ببیسترێت، بەڵام تۆ دەزانی بوونی ھەیە.

as tenacious as hale,

in its route to the heart, it could not but prevail.

ڕووناكە وەك تێشكی خۆر

بەڵام پێداگر و بەھێزە،

And the people looked up from their day-to-day tasks,

لە ڕێگەكەی بەرەو دڵ، ناتوانێت بەڵام لە پێناوی دەژێت

their day-to-day jobs

and their day-to-day masks.

خەڵك بە دوای كارەكانی ڕۆژانەیان ،

They heard or they felt

بە دوای ئیشی ڕۆژانەیان دەگەڕێن،

where the whisper could lead,

و ماسكی ڕۆژانەیان دەگەڕێن.

and they looked with eyes wide

ئەوان بیستیان یان ھەستیان پێ كرد

at what that might mean.

ئەو شوێنەی چرپەكە دەیانبات،

And once they could see it, they hadn't a chance

و ئەوان بە چاوێكی زەق سەیریان كرد

ئەم شتە بۆ چی مەبەستێكە.

To resist the sweet song

of the deep spell it cast.

و كاتێك ئەوان توانییان ئەو شتە ببینن، کار لە کار ترازابوو

بەرگری لە گورانییە خۆشەكە بكەن

But the feeling it brought them at first glance

كە قەرەبووی ئەو ھەستە خراپەی دەكاتەوە.

was pain,

as they lifted their eyes on the land they had claimed.

بەڵام ئەو ھەستەی ھۆكاری یەكەم نیگایە

Since they saw at last

بە ئازار بوو،

as if raised from a dream,

تاكە شت چاویان لە شوێنە دەڕواند كە لێی دانیشتبوون

they were almost alone on the land and the sea.

ئەو كاتەی بۆ دواجار یەكتریان دیت

وەك ئەوە وابوو خەون بووبێت،

ئەوان تاكە بوونەوەر بوون لەسەر زەوی و ھەروەھا لە ناو دەریاش.

For the trees had almost gone,

and the bees had almost gone,

and the creatures in their shells by the seas

لەو كاتەی دارەكان نەمابوون،

had almost gone.

ھەنگەكانیش كۆچیان كردبوو،

And the people felt sad as they saw their new Earth,

و بوونەوەرەكان لە ناو توێكلەكانیان لە ڕۆخی دەریا

but they knew this was it,

كەوتبوون.

one wild chance for rebirth.

و خەڵكەكە ھەستیان بە خەمباری كرد كاتێك زەوییە تازەكەی خۆیان دیت،

بەڵام ئەوان دەیانزانی ئەمە بەم شێوەیەیە،

Breaking new ground, seeds rolling down,

سروشت ھەلی دووبارە ژیانەوەت پێ دەبەخشێت.

smell of the earth on your hands and your brow.

زەوییە نووێیەكە كون دەبێت، تۆوەكان خلۆر دەبنە خوارەوە،

No time for sorrow, we're building tomorrow.

بۆنی زەوی لەسەر دەست و نێوچاوانت دەكەیت.

The sound of things growing now keeps us around.

ئێستا كاتی خەم و پەژارە نییە، ئێمە داھاتوو بنیات دەنێین.

As the wildness grows, and the deep wood grows,

دەنگی ئەو شتانەی لە گەشەدان لە دەورمان دەمێنەوە.

and the sense that the future's come to meet you

grows,

كاتێك سروست دەست بە گەشە دەكات، دارە بەرزەكان گەشە دەكەن،

There's no chance we can rest.

We must do our best.

و ئەو ھەستەی لە داھاتوویەك دێت بۆ دیتنی تۆ

This moment can lead us back home,

گەشە دەكات،

هیچ بوارێک نییە پشوو بدەین.

that's our test.

پێویستە ھەوڵی باشترین بدەین.

It starts as a whisper,

ئەو چرکە ساتانە بیرەوەرییەکانمان بیردەخەنەوە،

ئەوە تاقیكردنەوەمانە.

a word on the air.

It can't quite be heard, but you know that it's there.

وەك فیكەیەك دەست پێدەكات،

وەك وشەیەك لە ھەوادا.

It then spoke like thunder.

ناتوانرێت بە تەواو گوێبیست بێ، بەڵام بەڵام تۆ دەزانی بوونی ھەیە.

Until we all moved.

And we could.

And we did.

بەڵام وەک بروسکە دەنگی دێت.

And it's done.

ھەتا ئێمە ھەموومان دەجوڵێین.

She's renewed.

و ئێمە توانیمان.

.و ئەنجاماندا

بەم شێوەیە تەواو بووین.

دووبارە بۆ ژیان گەڕایەوە.
