What does it mean to be one in a million?

ئەوە مانای چییە ببی بە یەک لە ملیۆنێکدا؟

Not in the greeting card sense,

لە کارتی بانگێشکردندا نا،

in the scientific sense,

لە مانای زانستیدا،

where one part per million is a unit of measurement.

Parts per million counts the number of units of one substance
