About 200 years ago,

Yet there's also no doubt

Why did it happen?

But you know, when you have a great victory like this,

it also leads to arrogance and hubris.

Now, Fukuyama was putting across a very sophisticated message,

Why minimalist?

Now I've been ambassador to the UN twice.
