I wrote this next poem for my mother.

So poetry came as a complete shock to me, ladies and gentlemen.

So, in the end I begged a pack of Post-it notes off a nurse.

And from another nurse, I begged a pencil, pen.

And I didn't know what else to do. So I started to write poetry.
