In this video, we’re going to talk about subjective pronouns.

في هذا الفيديو ، سنتحدث عن الضمائر الذاتية.

So, let’s take a look at the board.

لذا ، دعونا نلقي نظرة على السبورة.

Here they are. The subjective pronouns.

ها هم. الضمائر الذاتية.

Please take a careful look. They’re very important in English.

يرجى إلقاء نظرة فاحصة. إنها مهمة جدًا في اللغة الإنجليزية.

Okay. So, the first subjective pronoun is ‘I’.

تمام. لذا ، فإن أول ضمير شخصي هو "أنا".

“I” means me. “I’m Esther”.

"أنا" تعني لي. "أنا إستير".

He Now, “he” is only used for boys or men.

هو الآن ، "هو" يستخدم فقط للأولاد أو الرجال.

Okay. He

So another boy or man is “he”.

إذن فتى أو رجل آخر هو "هو".

“She” is used for girls or women.

يتم استخدام كلمة "هي" للفتيات أو النساء.

It “It” is used for a place like a school, an animal like a dog, or a thing like a chair.

تستخدم لمكان مثل مدرسة ، حيوان مثل كلب ، أو شيء مثل كرسي.

Okay. It

تمام. إنه

The next one is “you”. “You” means you.

التالي هو "أنت". "أنت" تعنيك.

Okay. “you”.

تمام. "أنت".

We “We” means other people and me.

نحن "نحن" نعني الأشخاص الآخرين وأنا.

For example, “I sing”, “you sing”, then “we sing”.

على سبيل المثال ، "أنا أغني" ، "أنت تغني" ، ثم "نحن نغني".

Okay. “we”.

تمام. "نحن".

And the last one is “they”.

وآخرها هو "هم".

“They” means many people, places, animals or things.

"هم" تعني العديد من الأشخاص أو الأماكن أو الحيوانات أو الأشياء.

Okay. So, more than one.

تمام. إذن ، أكثر من واحد.

If there’s more than one, we use the subjective pronoun ‘they’.

إذا كان هناك أكثر من واحد ، فإننا نستخدم الضمير الشخصي "هم".

Okay, let’s move on to the next part.

حسنًا ، دعنا ننتقل إلى الجزء التالي.

Okay, so let’s practice together with subjective pronouns.

حسنًا ، لنتدرب مع الضمائر الذاتية.

The first sentence on the board says, “Jenny sings”.

الجملة الأولى على السبورة تقول "جيني تغني".

Now Jenny is one girl.

الآن جيني فتاة واحدة.

So we can say, “She sings”.

لذلك يمكننا أن نقول ، "إنها تغني".

“Jack sings”. Jack is one boy.

"جاك يغني". جاك صبي واحد.

So we have to say, “he sings”.

لذلك علينا أن نقول ، "إنه يغني".

The last sentence says, “Jenny and Jack sing”.

الجملة الأخيرة تقول ، "جيني وجاك يغنيان".

Now Jenny and Jack are two people.

الآن جيني وجاك شخصان.

So we have to say, “they sing”.

لذلك علينا أن نقول ، "إنهم يغنون".

Okay, let’s move on to the next part.

حسنًا ، دعنا ننتقل إلى الجزء التالي.

Okay, let’s do some more practice.

حسنًا ، لنقم ببعض التدريب.

The first sentence on the board says,

الجملة الأولى على السبورة تقول ،

“The cat runs”.

"القط يركض".

‘The cat’ is an animal, so we have to say, “It runs”.

"القطة" هي حيوان ، لذلك علينا أن نقول ، "إنها تجري".

The next sentence says, “The dog and cat run”.

الجملة التالية تقول ، "الكلب والقط يركضون".

Now, ‘the dog and cat’, they are two animals.

الآن ، "الكلب والقط" هما حيوانان.

So anytime you have two or more things, we say, “They run”.

لذلك في أي وقت لديك شيئين أو أكثر ، نقول ، "إنهم يركضون".

‘They’.

'أنهم'.

Okay, now, for the last sentence, I’m going to talk about my cat, Ongee.

حسنًا ، الآن ، للجملة الأخيرة ، سأتحدث عن قطتي ، Ongee.

Ongee is a cat. He’s an animal.

Ongee قطة. إنه حيوان.

But he has a name. He’s a boy cat.

لكن لديه اسم. إنه قطة فتى.

Okay and I love him. And he’s like family.

حسنًا وأنا أحبه. وهو مثل العائلة.

So, “Ongee runs”. I can say “He runs”.

لذا ، "Ongee يدير". أستطيع أن أقول "إنه يركض".

Okay. Let’s move on to the next part.

Okay, here are some more examples.

حسنًا ، إليك بعض الأمثلة الأخرى.

But, this time, you have to figure out the subjective pronoun together with me.

لكن ، هذه المرة ، عليك أن تعرف معي الضمير الشخصي.

Okay. So, “My students study”.

تمام. لذا ، "طلابي يدرسون".

What should we use?

ماذا يجب ان نستخدم؟

Well, ‘My students’, there’s an ‘s’. Right.

حسنًا ، "طلابي" ، هناك حرف "s". حق.

They’re people and there’s more than one.

إنهم بشر وهناك أكثر من واحد.

Many people.

كثير من الناس.

So we have to use the subjective pronoun, ‘they’.

لذلك علينا استخدام الضمير الشخصي ، "هم".

“They study”.

"أنهم يدرسون".

The next example.

المثال التالي.

“John is handsome”.

"جون وسيم".

Okay, ‘John’, that’s a person.

حسنًا ، "جون" ، هذا شخص.

There’s only one. Right…

هناك واحد فقط. صحيح ...

And it’s a boy, ‘John’.

وهو ولد "جون".

So what should we use?

إذن ماذا يجب أن نستخدم؟

We have to use the subjective pronoun, ‘he’.

علينا استخدام الضمير الشخصي "هو".

One boy. We say, “he”.

ولد واحد. نقول ، "هو".

“He is handsome”.

"إنه وسيم".

Okay, the last one. “Pizza is delicious”.

حسنًا ، آخر واحد. "بيتزا لذيذة".

‘Pizza’ is a thing.

"بيتزا" شيء.

And there’s only one. Right.

وهناك واحد فقط. حق.

There’s no ‘s’. One pizza.

لا يوجد "s". بيتزا واحدة.

We say, “it”.

نقول ، "هو".

“It is delicious”. Okay.

"انه لذيذ". تمام.

Let’s move on to some more examples.

دعنا ننتقل إلى بعض الأمثلة الأخرى.

Okay, the first example says,

حسنًا ، المثال الأول يقول ،

“Seoul is a city”.

"سيول مدينة".

Now, ‘Seoul’ is a place. Okay.

الآن ، "سيول" مكان. تمام.

So we have to use the subjective pronoun, ‘it’.

لذلك علينا استخدام الضمير الشخصي "هو".

“It is a city”.

"أنها مدينة".

The next example says,

المثال التالي يقول ،

“My parents love Ongee”.

"والداي يحبان Ongee".

Now, ‘Ongee’ is my cat. “My parents love Ongee”.

الآن ، "Ongee" هي قطتي. "والدي يحب Ongee".

Well, ‘my parents’, they are two people. My mom and my dad.

حسنًا ، "والدي" ، إنهما شخصان. أمي وأبي.

So, what do I use?

لذا ، ماذا أستخدم؟

I have to say, “they”. “They love Ongee”.

يجب أن أقول ، "هم". "إنهم يحبون Ongee".

The last example is very similar to the second one.

المثال الأخير مشابه جدًا للمثال الثاني.

“My parents and I love Ongee”. Okay.

"والدي وأنا أحب Ongee". تمام.

The difference is… it says, “and I”.

الفرق هو ... تقول ، "وأنا".

So this is ‘my parents’ with ‘me’.

هذا هو "والدي" مع "أنا".

So I have to say, “we”. “We love Ongee”.

لذلك علي أن أقول ، "نحن". "نحن نحب Ongee".

Okay. All of us.

تمام. كلنا.
