There are many things in life that are difficult to do.

ဘဝမှာ လုပ်ရခက်တဲ့အရာတွေ အများကြီးရှိတယ်။

We might also say these things are difficult to face.

ဒါတွေကို ရင်ဆိုင်ရခက်တယ်လို့လည်း ပြောနိုင်ပါတယ်။

To face something is to deal with a certain situation.

တစ်ခုခုကိုရင်ဆိုင်ဖို့ဆိုတာ အခြေအနေတစ်ခုကို ရင်ဆိုင်ဖို့ပါပဲ။

Perhaps it is something you are unsure of or feel nervous about doing.

သင်မသေချာသော သို့မဟုတ် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် စိတ်ပူနေသည့်အရာဖြစ်နိုင်သည်။

Perhaps you are about to have your first ever job interview.

မင်းရဲ့ပထမဆုံးအလုပ်အင်တာဗျူးလုပ်တော့မယ်။

Maybe you are about to put a newly learnt skill into practice for the first time.

သင်ယူပြီးသော ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုတစ်ခုကို ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်တော့မည် ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

When it comes to understanding new things, we often face difficulty during the process of learning something from the beginning.

အသစ်သောအရာများကို နားလည်လာသောအခါ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အစမှစ၍ တစ်စုံတစ်ခုကို သင်ယူခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွင် အခက်အခဲကြုံတွေ့ရတတ်သည်။

All of the things I've just mentioned share one thing in common, and that thing is the confidence needed to do it.

ကျွန်တော် ခုနက ပြောခဲ့တဲ့ အရာတွေ အားလုံးဟာ တူညီတဲ့ အရာ တစ်ခု ပါပဲ၊ အဲဒါကို လုပ်ဖို့ လိုအပ် တဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှု တစ်ခု ပဲ ။

Confidence doesn't come straight away.

It is something that you have to build over a period of time.

ဒါဟာ အချိန်အတိုင်းအတာတစ်ခုအထိ တည်ဆောက်ရမယ့် အရာပါ။

During the learning process, we will often work on our ability to feel confident about the thing we are studying.

သင်ယူမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတွင်း ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့လေ့လာနေသည့်အရာနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ယုံကြည်မှုရှိစေရန် မကြာခဏလုပ်ဆောင်ရလိမ့်မည်။

Of course, this means that you will have to do more than one thing at the same time.

Not only are you learning a new subject, but you will also have to build your confidence whilst doing it.

Learning English is a good example of this situation.

အင်္ဂလိပ်စာလေ့လာခြင်းသည် ဤအခြေအနေအတွက် နမူနာကောင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။

You have to learn the language and grasp many new things along the way.

ဘာသာစကားကို သင်ယူပြီး လမ်းတစ်လျှောက်မှာ အသစ်အဆန်းများစွာကို ဆုပ်ကိုင်ထားရပါမယ်။

‘Grasp’ is to understand.

'ဆုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်း' သည် နားလည်၏။

The process of learning involves a lot of grasping.

သင်ယူခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွင် ဆုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်းများစွာပါဝင်သည်။

Whatever it is you are learning, there are always going to be difficult things that must be grasped.

သင်ဘာပဲသင်ယူနေပါစေ၊ ဆုပ်ကိုင်ထားရမယ့် ခက်ခဲတဲ့အရာတွေ အမြဲရှိနေမှာပါ။

Many people complain that learning English takes too long, but just like anything,

there is always going to be a certain amount of time that must be given to the subject being learnt.

Learning English involves two types of learning.

အင်္ဂလိပ်စာသင်ယူခြင်းတွင် သင်ယူမှု နှစ်မျိုးရှိသည်။

The first being the action of absorbing all the information concerning the language itself.

ပထမအချက်မှာ ဘာသာစကားနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော အချက်အလက်အားလုံးကို စုပ်ယူခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။

The second part involves the practical side of English, which of course involves using it.

ဒုတိယအပိုင်းတွင် အင်္ဂလိပ်၏လက်တွေ့ အပိုင်းပါ၀င်ပြီး ၎င်းကိုအသုံးပြုခြင်းလည်း ပါဝင်ပါသည်။

Many students complain about the stress involved when using the language verbally.

That is to say, when they are speaking the language.

You might say that speaking is a kind of performance.

စကားပြောခြင်းသည် စွမ်းဆောင်မှုတစ်မျိုးဟု ဆိုနိုင်သည်။

You are putting yourself on show for all to see and hear.

အားလုံးမြင်တွေ့ကြားနိုင်စေရန်အတွက် သင်ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြသနေပါသည်။

Of course, in reality, there is nothing to worry about.

ဟုတ်ပါတယ်၊ လက်တွေ့မှာတော့ စိုးရိမ်စရာမရှိပါဘူး။

Just like any new skill, the more you do it, the better you become at it.

A common problem with learning anything

and during the learning process comes when you are trying to work out what your level of accomplishment is.

နှင့် သင်ယူခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတွင်း ကြုံတွေ့ရလေ့ရှိသော ပြဿနာတစ်ခုမှာ သင်၏အောင်မြင်မှုအဆင့်ကို သိရှိရန် ကြိုးစားနေချိန်ဖြစ်သည်။

A common occurrence with many people is not realizing just how much you have in fact, learnt.

Never sell yourself short.

You are probably much better at understanding and using English than you realize.

So never be afraid.

Never worry about what people will think.

Just say it out loud for all to hear.

Don't be shy.

မရှက်ပါနဲ့။
