Let me tell you how I first learned this.

That moment would prove to be an important turning point

At that point, I'd been working for more than a decade

One of the research studies that we were working on at the time

Eleven percent of the teen girls in our sample

As I read, I tried to keep an open mind,

I noticed that while there were a lot of people

So in my scholarly exploration,

There was one longitudinal study that had me really worried,

But as I spoke to other experts,
