hi are you the apartment manager I saw the vacancy  sign outside and I'm looking for an apartment

yes I'm Sam we have one unit available  right now when are you looking to move in

the least on my apartment is already up  so I'd like to move today if possible

I've recently arrived from my country I  was renting an apartment in this street

but I just took it for two days I wasn't planning  to stay here longer but I love your country

I'm happy to know that we have beautiful  places where you can go many beautiful places

ذلك أعلم أن لدينا أماكن جميلة حيث يمكنك الذهاب إلى العديد من الأماكن الجميلة

and of course today's is not enough to  visit all these places I'm happy you stay

وبالطبع اليوم لا يكفي لزيارة كل هذه الأماكن أنا سعيد ببقائك

yes I'm planning to stay for some months  that's why I'm looking for a small apartment

نعم أخطط للبقاء لبضعة أشهر ولهذا السبب أبحث عن مكان صغير شقة

oh I remember now we have a one  bedroom apartment here in this building

but it is a shared bathroom so you will have  to share the bedroom with three more people

it is not the most beautiful apartment but I  guess it is enough for you what do you think

Oh and about the price this apartment  cost three hundred dollars per month

the price is good but I don't want to share the  bathroom it is not an apartment it's just a room  

السعر جيد ولكن لا أريد أن أشارك الحمام فهو ليس شقة الشقة هي مجرد غرفة

yeah it's more like a room let me see oh  I have another flat here in this building

it has one bedroom a small living room  a kitchen a small balcony and a bathroom

that sounds great but how much does  that apartment cost is it expensive

let me check oh you can rent it for just  seven hundred dollars that's a good price

it is but I have some questions what  about water supply and electricity

you don't have to worry about that it has  24 7 electricity back up and water supply

well it has a small swimming pool on  the yard but people never use that

you can use the yard the waiting area the  grill area what else I think that's all

excellent Which floor the apartment  is on is there an elevator

ممتاز في أي طابق تقع الشقة، هل يوجد مصعد،

the apartment is located on the third floor  and no there is no elevator in this building

تقع الشقة في الطابق الثالث ولا يوجد مصعد فيها هذا المبنى

okay I think third floor is not bad  this department rented fully furnished  

حسنًا، أعتقد أن الطابق الثالث ليس سيئًا، هذا القسم مؤثث بالكامل،

actually the apartment is fully furnished  it has a couch bed two chairs table  

في الواقع الشقة مفروشة بالكامل وتحتوي على سرير أريكة وكرسيين وطاولة

but you will have to pay an extra warranty  for the furniture um fifty dollars

ولكن سيتعين عليك دفع ضمان إضافي للأثاث أم خمسين دولارًا،

yeah I think that's fair and tell me something  is it close to a subway station or a bus stop  

نعم أعتقد أن هذا عادل و أخبرني بشيء ما، هل هو قريب من محطة مترو أنفاق أو محطة حافلات؟

sure you will see a bus stop right in front of you  and for the train you will have to walk two blocks

in any case it is always good to take precautions  and not be out too late do you understand

yes I suppose so is smoking allowed in the  apartment I don't smoke but I'm planning to

tell my friends to visit me and they  sometimes smoke is there any problem

no I'm sorry you or in this case your friends  are not allowed to smoke in the apartment

لا أنا آسف لك أو في هذه الحالة لا يسمح لأصدقائك بذلك قم بالتدخين في الشقة

but you can go to the yard in case you want  to smoke that's the option I can give you

ولكن يمكنك الذهاب إلى الفناء في حالة رغبتك في التدخين، فهذا هو الخيار الذي يمكنني تقديمه لك

yeah I get it and thus the  apartment have air conditioning

oh seriously for that price of course not

renting an apartment is not cheap nowadays how  much could you pay for the apartment mentioned
