the apartment is located on the third floor  and no there is no elevator in this building

아파트는 3층에 있고 아니요 엘리베이터가 없습니다 이 건물

okay I think third floor is not bad  this department rented fully furnished  

괜찮아요 3층도 나쁘지 않은 것 같아요 이 부서는 가구가 완비된 임대 주택입니다

actually the apartment is fully furnished  it has a couch bed two chairs table  

실제로 아파트에는 가구가 완비되어 있습니다 소파 베드와 의자 2개 테이블이 있습니다

but you will have to pay an extra warranty  for the furniture um fifty dollars

하지만 가구에 대해서는 추가 보증을 지불해야 할 것입니다 음 50달러

yeah I think that's fair and tell me something  is it close to a subway station or a bus stop

sure you will see a bus stop right in front of you  and for the train you will have to walk two blocks
