Meaning of ABSENCE MAKES THE HEART GROW FONDER - A Short English Lesson with Subtitles

It has been almost a week since my last video

on this channel,

and I hope that in my absence, you have missed me.

We have an English phrase,

لدينا عبارة باللغة الإنجليزية ،

absence makes the heart grow fonder.

And, what this refers to is when

someone who you like a lot, or someone who you love

isn't around, when they are far away,

and it makes you miss them,

So I'm not saying that my absence made you

more fond of me, but it is saying that we do have in English

that when someone is gone on a trip,

sometimes their absence, the fact that they're not around
