Law is complex and doesn't always have a good reputation.

We've seen, in earlier episodes, how astronauts have to follow the law

The Outer Space Treaty and Rescue Agreement

In reality, there hasn't been a case

So, in order to build the International Space Station,

There's a concept of cooperation
