Today, we're going to be talking about eight common contractions using the future tense ‘will’.

ယနေ့ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်

အနာဂတ်ကာလ 'ဆန္ဒ' ကိုအသုံးပြု၍

ဘုံကျုံ့ခြင်း (၈) ခု အကြောင်းပြောပါမည်

These are ones that you really want to memorize and try hard to get them in your brain

because if you memorize them well, and you pronounce them correctly,

ပြီး မှန်ကန်စွာ အသံထွက်ရင်

you're going to sound more like a native speaker.

မိခင်ဘာသာစကားနဲ့ ပိုတူပါလိမ့်မယ်။

Let's get started.

All right, now, we're going to take a look at my list of eight common contractions

ကောင်းပြီ၊ အခု၊

အနာဂတ်ကာလ 'အလိုတော်' ကို အသုံးပြု၍

using the future tense ‘will’.

ကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုံကျုံ့ခြင်း ရှစ်ခုစာရင်းကို

I will say each example two times.

လေ့လာကြည့်ပါမည် ။ ဥပမာတစ်ခုစီကို နှစ်ခါပြောမယ်။

The first time, I will say it slowly.

ပထမတစ်ခေါက်က ဖြည်းဖြည်းပြောမယ်။

And the second time I will say it quickly like a native speaker.

ဒုတိယ အကြိမ်မှာတော့ Native Speaker လိုမျိုး မြန်မြန်ပြောပါမယ်။

It's really important that you repeat after me out loud after each example.

ဥပမာတစ်ခုစီပြီးရင် ငါ့နောက်ကို အသံကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန်

ပြောဖို့က တကယ်အရေးကြီးတယ် ။

Okay, here we go.

ကောင်းပြီ၊ သွားပြန်ပြီ။

First one, ‘I will’ = ‘I’ll’.

ပထမတစ်ခုက

'I will' = 'I'll'

‘I’ll make lunch soon.’

'ငါ မကြာခင် နေ့လည်စာ စားမယ်'

Next, ‘he will’ = ‘he’ll’.

နောက်တစ်ခုကတော့ 'he will' = 'he'll' ။

‘He'll be late for dinner tonight.’

'ဒီည ညစာစားဖို့ နောက်ကျလိမ့်မယ်'

Then, ‘she will’ = ‘she'll’.

ထို့နောက်

'သူမ' = 'သူမ'။

‘She'll wash the dishes after dinner.’

'ညစာစားပြီးရင် ပန်းကန်ဆေးမယ်။'

‘It will’ = ‘it'll’.

'ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်' = 'ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်'။

'ကောင်းသောညနေခင်းဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။'

‘It'll be a great evening.’

‘you will’ = ‘you'll’.

'သင်' = 'သင်'။

‘You'll have a great time at my wedding.’

'မင်း ငါ့မင်္ဂလာဆောင်မှာ ပျော်စရာကောင်းလိုက်တာ'

‘we will’ = ‘we'll’

'ငါတို့' = 'ငါတို့'

‘We'll go on vacation in May.’

'ငါတို့ မေလမှာ အပန်းဖြေခရီး သွားမယ်။'

‘they will’ = ‘they'll’

'သူတို့လာမယ်' = 'သူတို့လာမယ်'

‘They'll visit their mom in the summer.’

'နွေရာသီမှာ သူတို့အမေဆီ လာလည်မယ်။'

The last one is a negative form.

နောက်ဆုံးတစ်ခုကတော့ အဆိုးမြင်ပုံစံပါ။

‘will not’ becomes ‘won't’.

'မည်မဟုတ်' 'မဖြစ်' ဖြစ်လာသည်။

‘I won't go to work tomorrow.’

'မနက်ဖြန် အလုပ်မသွားဘူး'

“You'll have to work instead of her.”

"မင်း သူ့အစား မင်းလုပ်ရမှာ။"
