hello my name is Chris nice  to meet you and you are

my name is Leo it's nice to meet you  you're new in this office aren't you

yeah I Come From New York I used to  work in the main office do you know that

no I've never had the chance to go there  I've worked here for more than five years

oh that's great I'm kind of nervous you  know do you like to work here is it good  

you mean this job of course it's  good you'll find out that soon

well I had to wake up early today  because I was worried about traffic

oh that's good I normally get up at five in the  morning to arrive on time the traffic is horrible  

tell me about it I was stuck in traffic for  about 30 minutes happily I made it on time

good for you last time I was driving my  car and it broke down I had to take a taxi

I'll keep that in mind I also have a  car but I don't like driving it too much

well with this traffic I totally get your  point do you live alone or with your family

I'm living with my parents I don't have  enough money to pay for it an apartment now

and that's true I rent an apartment  downtown and it's real expensive

but anyway why did you opt for working  in this office you were the main one

I know what you say that everyone wants to  work at the main office I'm informed of that

well basically that job just worn me out  yeah I got tired of doing the same things

seeing the same people working with the  same customers or having the same office

and that's why I decided to take up a new  challenge so I talked to my manager about that

and he told me this brunch office was  launching a new project is that true

you're right we're all taking  part in a new project it's amazing

nice well he told me about that and I was  really really interested in joining you

oh but you must take something into account  first this project Demands a lot of work

oh don't worry I know that I have  already been informed of everything

and that's good because last week we  couldn't sleep well because of that reason

I suppose so I hope I can keep hop  with you guys I'm so excited for that

I'm happily married and I have two  beautiful children Mateo and Luciana

wow it sounds like you're very happy  congratulations I hope to meet them someday

you can come over sometime and we can  drink some beers right and do you like it

actually I don't I gave up  drinking alcohol a few years ago

oh I didn't know that but don't worry we  can drink some juice or just water right

of course and what do you like doing  in your free time do you play soccer

I'm not really into soccer I opt for basketball  or maybe we can play both that's okay for me  

yeah we can play both we used to play soccer  every Fridays when I worked in the main office

anyway Leo I need you to help me  out with something please can you

sure and just tell me what worries you  and I'll do the possible to help you

thank you since I'm new here I don't  know how to turn on this computer

I'm sorry I have been struggling to  turn this computer on since the morning

and that's okay I was just like you  when I came to work the first day here

you just need to say turn on please and it  will do it automatically isn't that amazing

wow it's the first time I say something  like that and what if I want to turn it off

well you may do the same just say turn off  please and that's it it will turn off immediately

these computers are part of the new project  we're setting up here a new generation

I think that's amazing because I  was only able to plug in the wires

that's okay oh but don't  forget to unplug them later

the boss always points that out  he's very strict with the rules here

yeah thank you I talked to him this morning  he also told me to clean up my office

yeah we all have to clean after  ourselves he hates a dirty office

oh I see so do you often work  out I like to be in a good shape

um just sometimes I work out on  weekends just when I have time

oh then we can maybe run up the great  Mountain I always wanted to go there

maybe not run up but we can walk up  if you want I'm not in a good shape

that's good for me can we go this Saturday  I mean only if you're free this Saturday

I'm not sure I will be playing  basketball this Saturday

oh maybe I kind of stop off somewhere over  there I mean near the place you play basketball

what I mean is I can pick you up if you  want and then we can go to that mountain

that's a good idea but I'll be very tired  after playing basketball with my friends um

but I think I can call off that match  it's not as important as the other ones

are you totally sure I don't want you to call  off just because of me I was so rude sorry

no no that's fine it's been a long time  since I don't go to that mountain let's go

excellent thank you Leo you  must be so stressed out like me

no well just a little but I do it because I  need to take up that activity Mountain hiking

then that's great by the way shouldn't  we be working right now and just saying  

you're right then why don't we meet  again to have lunch together huh

I think that's a great idea but I don't know  what time is lunch time here can you tell me

sure we have lunch break at two  o'clock now let's get back to work

yeah it was nice to meet you Leo now  I have a new friend in this office

in fact you're the first friend I  make in this office and thank you

it was nice to meet you too I'll see  you at lunch break have a good day
