Tip number two: use questions  instead of statements.

Instead of telling someone to do something,  you can turn your statement into a question.

Using questions makes you sound nicer and more  considerate of the other person. Even if you need

This would depend on your tone,  but despite the word please,

In formal and business situations,  blaming someone for the problem is
