am good morning are you one of the  applicants for the job vacancy what's your

name yes sir that's correct my name is  Frank Osman and I am here for the interview  

all right I don't want to sound rude  sir but do you know what is this job

about of course this interview is to hire  people for the sales and marketing area  

right yes that's correct I'm telling you this  because well I'm going to be very direct with

you but we usually see many young  people applying for this position  

do you understand yes I understand and  that's okay for me but I think I can be  

a good candidate for this job all right let's  see then I'm going to ask you some questions

okay can you tell me about your pre previous  work experience and how it relates to this

position certainly I have over  30 years of experience in sales  

and marketing specifically in the  pharmaceutical industry my extensive  

background in building relationships  with clients and understanding market

dynamics aligns well with the required  ments of this sales manager position I  

am sure of that because I know this company  works with consumer products for health and

well-being well that's correct our company  specializes in offering the best natural  

products for people I need to ask what  motivated you to continue working at this  

stage in your career for me it's about staying  active and engaged in meaningful work because  

I've always found fulfillment in applying my  skills and knowledge to contribute positively  

to an organization success plus continuing  to work allows me to stay mentally sharp and  

financially secure I still have a lot to offer  sir I am totally assured of that and I'm sure

industry that's good what do you  consider to be your greatest professional

in operational cost it was a complex project  that required strategic planning effective
