How to Pronounce QATAR

"KUH-tar". The problem is there's no  

"KUH-tar". Il problema è che non esiste una

that Americans wouldn't say 'France' but they  would say 'France'. That's been established.

The first thing is that we can imitate the  stress. So, it's first syllable stress.
