But there's a problem.

So how do we leverage the technology revolution?

How do we employ the state

Rising inequality, the climate crisis, demographic aging.

It turns out that two academics gave a pretty good answer to that,

Now, how does that work? Why is that the case?

Well, it turns out that universal welfare systems,
