It's not being a walk in the park, Rachel.

公園の散歩じゃないよ、レイチェル。

Oh dear, what's the matter? 

ああ、どうしたの？  妊娠中、

I had terrible morning  sickness when I was pregnant. 

ひどいつわりに悩まされました 。

Morning sickness refers to nausea when you're  stomach hurts and you feel like you might vomit. 

つわりとは、 胃が痛くて吐きそうになるときの吐き気を指します。

I had that in the first trimester.  I threw up in public a few times. 

私は最初の学期にそれを持っていました。 人前で何度か吐いてしまいました。

But these days I have a lot of fatigue.

しかし、最近はとても疲れています。

Oh, poor thing. I hope you  

ああ、かわいそうなことだ。

have time to put your feet up. To put your feet up means to sit down and relax. 

立ち上がる時間があれば幸いです。 足を上げるとは、座ってリラックスすることを意味します。

Yeah I've got no choice with these swollen ankles.

はい、この腫れた足首では選択肢がありません。

Oh, I remember that. And what about heartburn? 

ああ、それは覚えています。 胸やけについてはどうですか？

Heartburn is a pain when acid from the  stomach comes up into the esophagus. 

胸やけは、 胃酸が食道に上がってくるときに起こる痛みです。

Yeah, I don't know why they call it  that because it doesn't hurt my heart. 

そうですね、なぜそう呼ばれるのか分かりません、 なぜならそれは私の心を傷つけるものではないからです。

A better name would be chest  burn or throat-on-fire.

より適切な名前は、「 胸焼け」または「喉に火傷」です。
