너는 어떄? 어떻게 지내세요?

It's not being a walk in the park, Rachel.

공원에서 산책하는 게 아니야, 레이첼.

Oh dear, what's the matter? 

아 이런, 무슨 일이야?

I had terrible morning  sickness when I was pregnant. 

임신했을 때 입덧이 심했어요.

Morning sickness refers to nausea when you're  stomach hurts and you feel like you might vomit. 

입덧은 배가 아프고 토할 것 같은 느낌이 들 때 메스꺼움을 의미합니다.

I had that in the first trimester.  I threw up in public a few times. 

나는 첫 번째 삼 분기에 그런 일을 겪었습니다. 나는 공개적으로 몇 번 토했습니다.

But these days I have a lot of fatigue.

그런데 요즘 몸이 많이 피곤해요.

Oh, poor thing. I hope you  

아, 불쌍한 것.

have time to put your feet up. To put your feet up means to sit down and relax. 

발을 딛고 일어설 시간을 갖기를 바랍니다. 발을 든다는 것은 앉아서 휴식을 취한다는 뜻이다.

Yeah I've got no choice with these swollen ankles.

응, 부은 발목에는 선택의 여지가 없어.

Oh, I remember that. And what about heartburn? 

아, 기억나네요. 그리고 속쓰림은 어떻습니까?

Heartburn is a pain when acid from the  stomach comes up into the esophagus. 

속 쓰림은 위산이 식도로 올라오는 통증입니다.

Yeah, I don't know why they call it  that because it doesn't hurt my heart. 

네, 왜 그렇게 부르는지 모르겠습니다. 내 마음에 상처를 주지 않기 때문입니다.

A better name would be chest  burn or throat-on-fire.

더 나은 이름은 흉부 화상 또는 목에 불이 난 것입니다.
