wow this building looks great I  can't believe I'm here I'm so excited

واو، يبدو هذا المبنى رائعًا، لا أستطيع أن أصدق أنني هنا، أنا متحمس للغاية،

this must be the reception where's  everybody oh it looks great

good morning can I help you  are you looking for anyone

hello what good morning sir yes I'm  looking for oh you must be my new boss

I didn't know you worked in this amazing building  when I had the interview they didn't tell me this

they told me they had a little office in  fact they told me it was only a startup

but I see they were wrong I mean the  building is really big and luxury

ولكني أرى أنهم كانوا مخطئين، أعني أن المبنى كبير حقًا وفاخر،

well then you heard wrong because this is one  of the most important companies in the country

حسنًا، لقد سمعت خطأً لأن هذا هي واحدة من أهم الشركات في البلاد،

yeah I see well I had the interview  in the other building do you know it

نعم أرى جيدًا لقد أجريت المقابلة في المبنى الآخر، هل تعلم ذلك، أفترض أنك

I suppose you're talking about the great Towers  were many companies have their interviews

تتحدث عن الأبراج العظيمة حيث أجرت العديد من الشركات مقابلات خاصة بها،

in fact they hired other people for that job  then when they get the job they come to work here

وفي الواقع قاموا بتعيين أشخاص آخرين لذلك وظيفة، ثم عندما يحصلون على الوظيفة يأتون للعمل هنا،

that's great I'm so excited this is  what I've been looking for all my life

هذا رائع أنا متحمس جدًا لأن هذا هو ما كنت أبحث عنه طوال حياتي،

I mean I always wanted to work in a big company  like this one thank you for the opportunity

أعني أنني كنت أرغب دائمًا في العمل في شركة كبيرة مثل هذه، شكرًا لك على هذه الفرصة

don't thank me if they hired you it  means you're a professional worker

لا تشكرني إذا قاموا بتعيينك فهذا يعني أنك عامل محترف

because here we don't usually hire people  without any experience but you know that

I see don't worry I will do my best I promise sir

by the way where is everybody I  thought you started working at 6am

بالمناسبة أين الجميع، اعتقدت أنك بدأت العمل في الساعة 6 صباحًا،

no we don't working hours here  start at 7am didn't you know that  

لا، نحن لا نعمل هنا، تبدأ ساعات العمل في الساعة 7 صباحًا، ألم تعلم أنهم

no they told me to come at six but no  problem I will come at seven tomorrow

قالوا لي أن آتي في الساعة السادسة ولكن لا مشكلة، سأأتي في الساعة السابعة غدًا،

well you arrived earlier than anyone here this  is a very good sign it shows responsibility  

حسنًا، لقد وصلت مبكرًا عن أي شخص آخر هذه علامة جيدة جدًا فهي تظهر المسؤولية،

thank you sir I will come early every day  and can I know where the working area is

this is the working area as you see there  aren't any people working now because it's early

well it has to be this big because  we have 150 workers working here

in fact they do because this is the sales area  they have to sell our products all around the

world they have to do it in different languages  because we have clients all over the world

wow I didn't know that but I suppose that's  fantastic it looks like a very big company

yeah and if they have any problem with the system  you can fix it or call the systems engineer

I will for sure teamwork is important  for me we can get our objectives faster

remember you're the most important part of  this amazing group they have to know that

don't thank me it's your job if you do  it well then everything will be fine

not only supervise them you will also have  to make the reports at the end of the day

remember that the performance report  is crucial to grow the company

the reports oh I didn't know I had to  make them but no problem I will do it

it's part of your work and also evaluate them  well you can fire them if they don't work well  

جزء من عملك وقم أيضًا بتقييمها جيدًا ويمكنك طردهم إذا لم يفعلوا ذلك اعمل بشكل جيد

fire them what do you mean no  I wouldn't like that to happen

اطردهم ماذا تقصد لا، لا أريد أن يحدث ذلك

but it's your job you're the leader here you  have to evaluate their performance all the time  

ولكن هذه وظيفتك أنت القائد هنا عليك تقييم أدائهم طوال الوقت

oh okay sir I will report everything  don't worry this is exciting
