today is your first day of work here  congratulations on passing the interviews

اليوم هو أول يوم عمل لكم هنا ، تهانينا على اجتياز المقابلات

since you're new here I will explain you the  rules I mean the office rules and obligations

of course I will also tell you about your  benefits and what you can and can't do at this job
