Notice this begins with don't,  which is the contraction of do not.

You can also use this to let someone know  that their words aren't that important.

Notice grammatically, there's no possessive  before the nouns, so it's just actions.

Just remember, this doesn't have to  be used when someone is sick or sad.

You can use it in any situation just  to celebrate the joy of laughing.
