I need to improve my English for communicate with my boss, with my people.

But in this moment, I am in the United States, but in the next -- I have appointment in -- I

have debt line, meaning I have deadline in May.

On May 4, I have appointment for job interview.

I need to improve my English.

This is the reason why I start with your course.

I think you can learn a lot about English and also learn about other things.

But I think that practice is really important and right now, what you can do with Speak

Pipe is practice answering an interview question.

For example, they will probably ask you something like, "Tell me more about yourself".

So you could record on Speak Pipe, "I want to practice this interview question.

Please listen to me and give me some feedback".

You can ask to practice anything.

I heard from our teacher, Micah, that you've been practicing some grammar issue like word

order and no pronoun use.

Subject verb agreement and different expressions, like different phrases and idioms.

Those will be important for you to learn, phrasal verbs especially.

So, those are especially important in the United States, for American English.

Phrasal verbs, yeah.

So the good thing about the lessons is that you can download them and you can review them.

They're not loo long, so maybe ten minutes or fifteen minutes, you can review the lessons

on your own time.

I listen this English.

I say, "No.

I can't understand you in this moment."

And then I said, "No.

It's difficult for me".

After, I listen again, and then you say in the speak, you say, if you are absolutely

to understand me, you can take these to school.

And they say okay I will take you to school because I need it.

And then believe me, in one or two week, I was anywhere to understand your teachers,

Micah and Hale, also you.

But I don't know I can understand you 100% but I cannot say the thing.

I understand absolutely.

Well, understanding other people is the first step.

So, if you're understanding me and you're understanding the other Go Natural English

teachers, that is the first step.

The second step, now, is for you to talk.

And you can copy what you hear and you can use it in your answers.

But, of course, sometimes you can't just copy everything, you have to express yourself in

different words.

But I think that using more vocabulary, more phrasal verbs, and working on your accent

to speak really clearly will help you.

Because I'm used to hearing accents.

I'm used to speaking with people from all over the world.

And especially I'm familiar with Spanish speakers, I'm familiar with Portuguese speakers.

So, for me ,it's normal.

But maybe if you speak to an American person who is not used to hearing an accent, it might

be difficult for them to understand you.

So, practice!
