How Variety Made Me Fluent (And Why This Works)

but what was interesting is that I also heard  this other term so regular like the term for

divorce uh is deu uh but the another term I  heard was like batsu like batsu Ichi batsu

so batsu uh is basically like an ex like like I  did something wrong and so if you're like batsu

Ichi it's like one divorce or Batson you would  have uh two divorces or whatever so here was an

example where I could learn in a classro a teacher  might say one thing to me and teach me a word like

divorce but if I'm in a real conversation and  a native says Ah like like like I'm I've been

divorced one time or two times or three times or  whatever U and so in that situation I I wouldn't

really understand what's happening unless I have  been prepared for that before the conversation so

variety just to show you that like this is a very  deep thing you can get into and the more kinds
