Learn the English Phrases "vice versa" and "on the other hand"

I wanted to help you learn the English phrase, vice versa.

나는 당신이 영어 구를 배우는 것을 돕고 싶었습니다 .

I think this is actually a Latin phrase

제 생각에 이것은 실제로 라틴어 문구이고

and it means the opposite, or the other way around.

반대 또는 그 반대를 의미합니다.

Let me explain.

If I was to say I don't like my sister and vice versa

내가 누나를 좋아하지 않는다고 하면

that would mean my sister also doesn't like me.

Sometimes I say, you should watch my English lessons

That means the opposite.

The other phrase I wanted to teach you today is the phrase,

I could say this,

So you're introducing a new fact

If I said to you,

Anyways, to review,

vice versa simply means the other way around

at the end of a sentence.

And when you say, on the other hand,

you're introducing new information to the discussion

that might actually contradict what you've just said.
