MEANING OF THE RUNAROUND - A Really Short English Lesson with Subtitles

So has anyone ever given you the runaround?

This happened to me a couple years ago

when I went to get my license renewed.

I went to get my drivers license renewed

Usually we use the phrase to be given the runaround,

to get the runaround when you are

or maybe at an airport.

I know one time I got the runaround at the airport
