I can see it's got 'long' in it. Is there a connection?

There is. 'longevity' is a noun and it means living for a long time.

So, this headline is saying that having these habits will make you live longer.

But there is another meaning to longevity, isn't there?

Now, for example, flexible working

It's longevity, so we have the /ŋ/ at the end of 'long' as normal,
