I'm asking what day the  baby is expected to be born.

Fabulous. A summer baby.

素晴らしい。 夏の赤ちゃん。

What a great time to give birth. To give birth means to deliver the baby. 

出産するにはなんと素晴らしい時期でしょう。 出産とは赤ちゃんを産むという意味です。

In other words, to bring  the baby out into the world. 

言い換えれば、 赤ちゃんを世に出すことです。

I'm feeling a bit nervous to be honest. Last time, I was in labor for 2 days. 

正直に言うと少し緊張しています。 前回は2日間陣痛がありました。  何て

Oh, my God. I can't imagine having contractions for two days. 

ことだ。 2日も陣痛が続くなんて考えられません。

Contractions describes the movement of  muscles around a woman's womb that tighten  

陣痛とは、 女性の子宮の周りの筋肉の動きを指し、

You must have been exhausted.
