kidding yes sir I'm very sorry surely  there was a mistake and they confused  

your luggage with another no no no I  can't believe it where is my luggage I  

need it now I don't know sir but we're going  to find a solution as soon as possible don't

worry this can't be happening I'm confused  I thought this was a trusted Airline I will  

talk to the general manager so we  can give you a solution just wait

please wait okay I will wait but  how long will I have to wait I  

need to know I am not sure it sometimes  happens and it takes usually one or two

days you're kidding right I can't wait  that long seriously tell me sir I'm not  

joking this problem requires  a long process it is not easy  

we don't even know where your luggage  is so we have to call all our offices

first and what am I supposed to do  until then I already have a room

reserved if you have a room booked then you can  go to your hotel and we will call you when we find

it what and my lugos my backpack  and another important bag are lost  

where are they I already told you sir we  don't know where your things are I'm so

sorry I think you don't  understand well my clothes my

toothbrush my glasses my documents and  the most important thing my money was

there I know they are important but you have  a bag with you I'm sure you could survive with

that what enough you're going  to give me a solution right

now yes I already gave you a solution  sir we have the waiting area over

a solution I won't go anywhere I have all  my valuables they're in my bagage I need  

them now I am not going to go to my hotel  or to wait in that damn waiting area call

me I will record a video and tell the people  how you lost my lugos and don't give me a

solution and you're telling me to wait  here or to go to my hotel people will

fired hello sir I'm back I talked  to my boss and he told me something

he told me to call all the airports to  find your luggage I have already done  

it and we found it excellent where is  it what time is it going to arrive tell

me that's the problem I it will take  a little longer than expected sir I'm  

sorry okay just tell me what time are  you going to bring my luggage I need to

know your luggage is in South Africa right  now there was a problem with your luggage

tag someone confused South Africa with South  America I'm really sorry what the hell who can  

be that stupid that's nonsense damn I know sir my  deepest apologies it was a terrible mistake from

us all right I don't care  what time will you bring my

lugos I told the manager it was urgent  sir they will bring it for tomorrow

morning tomorrow and what am I supposed  to do until tomorrow without my

things I also explained the situation to my  manager and you can stay in a five stars Hotel

today all included plus we will give  you some gift cards so you can buy many

things we will also give you free tickets to  two destinations around the world what do you

think all right I will accept that

but bring me the complaints book please  I will write my complaint and call your

manager sir I beg you don't do that  please that person made a mistake that's

correct but he needs the job he  has two children and a morage  

to pay please oh really and how do  you know that is he your friend or

what I know that perfectly because  the person who made the mistake was

me I made a terrible mistake I know but I  have been having a terrible week my wife left

home she abandoned my children and me  to to go with my best friend to another

country I'm having a terrible time do you  think you can forgive me and don't make that

complaint all right I hope you are not lying to

me and no sir of course not thank you so much for
