These are all informal expressions used in everyday English, but they can

이것들은 모두 일상 영어에서 사용되는 비격식적인 표현이지만

be quite difficult to understand.

이해하기가 꽤 어려울 수 있습니다.

So, let's look at the first one. Alright?

그럼, 첫 번째를 살펴보겠습니다. 괜찮은?

In the UK, some people might say, y'alright, to you instead of saying,

영국에서는 어떤 사람들은

hello, how are you?

Hello, How are you?라고 말하는 대신에 y'alright라고 말할 수도 있습니다.

But it means the same thing. It's just an informal greeting.

그러나 그것은 같은 의미입니다. 그냥 비공식적인 인사말이에요.

And a lot of British people will push you

그리고 많은 영국인 들이 당신을 괜찮게 만들기 위해 당신을 밀어붙일 것입니다.

and alright together to make y'alright?

Or they might just say, alright? What you up to?

아니면 그냥 "알았어? "라고 말할 수도 있습니다. 요즘 뭐해요?

This is a very informal way of saying, what are you doing?

이것은 ' 무엇을 하고 있나요?'를 표현하는 매우 비공식적인 표현입니다.

And originally this would be, what are you up to?

원래는 이게 뭐하는 짓이냐는 것이었습니다.

But most of the time we remove the are and just say, what you up to?

하지만 대부분의 경우 우리는 are를 제거하고 '지금 뭐하세요?'라고 말합니다.

Do you fancy going to the cinema later? Would you like to...?

나중에 영화관에 가고 싶나요? 하시겠습니까...?

is a very formal way of inviting someone to do something.

누군가에게 어떤 일을 하도록 초대하는 매우 격식을 갖춘 방법입니다.

So, we wouldn't say, would you like to go

그래서 우리는 친구에게 영화관에 가고 싶다고 말하지 않을 것입니다

to the cinema to a friend, because it just sounds too formal.

. 너무 격식을 차린 것처럼 들리기 때문입니다.

Instead, we'd say, do you want to go to the cinema?

대신에 영화관에 갈래?

Or d'you wanna? D'you wanna go to the cinema?

아니면 원하시나요? 영화관에 갈래? 좀 더 비공식적으로

If you want to make it even more informal, then we can say,

만들고 싶다면

do you fancy going to the cinema?

영화관에 가실래요?라고 말할 수 있습니다.

And when we use do you fancy, we don't use the infinitive to go.

그리고 do you fancy를 사용할 때 to go 부정사를 사용하지 않습니다.

We change it into a gerund, which is going, adding the I N G.

동명사로 바꾸고 I N G를 추가합니다.

So we'd say, do you fancy going to the cinema?

영화관에 가실래요?

In this sentence we push do and you together to make d͡ȝjǝ.

이 문장에서 우리는 do 와 you를 함께 눌러 d͡şjō를 만듭니다.

So it'd be, do you fancy going to the cinema?

그럼 영화관에 가고 싶나요?

Do you fancy? Do you fancy going to the cinema?

당신이 할래요? 영화관에 가고 싶나요?

If we want to make this sentence even more informal, we can remove do and you

이 문장을 더욱 비공식적으로 만들고 싶다면 do와 you를

entirely and just say, fancy going to the cinema?

완전히 삭제하고 그냥, fancy to the Cinema?

Are you into horror films?

공포 영화를 좋아하시나요?

This is another informal expression to ask if you're

이것은 당신이 어떤 것에 대한 팬인지 묻는 또 다른 비격식적인 표현으로

a fan of something, and in natural speech,

, 자연스러운 대화에서

the oo sound in into becomes a /ǝ/ sound,

oo 소리 in into는 /려/ 소리가 되고,

the shwa sound, so it becomes are you into?

shwa 소리는 are you into?가 됩니다.

Are you into horror films? How come?

공포 영화를 좋아하시나요? 왜요?

This is an informal and slightly softer

이는 비공식적이고 약간 더 부드러운

way of saying, why?

표현입니다. 왜죠?

What do you reckon?

어떻게 생각하세요?

This is an informal way of saying, what do you think?

이것은 비공식적인 표현입니다 . 어떻게 생각하시나요?

And the T sound at the end of what is dropped to make /ԝɒ/ and this is

그리고 마지막에 T 소리를 내면 /ԝɒ/이 되고 이것이

pushed together with do you to make /ԝɒ d͡ȝjǝ/.

함께 밀려서 /ԝɒ d͡şjō/가 됩니다.

What do you reckon? What do you reckon? Alright? What you up to? Nothing much.

어떻게 생각하세요? 어떻게 생각하세요? 괜찮은? 요즘 뭐해요? 별거 없습니다.

Fancy going to the cinema later?

나중에 영화관에 가고 싶나요?

I was thinking of seeing Ghost Vs. Evil Leprechaun 2. What do you reckon?

Ghost Vs를 볼 생각이었어요. 사악한 레프러콘 2. 어떻게 생각하시나요?

Are you into horror films? No, I can't stand them. How come? Too scary.

공포 영화를 좋아하시나요? 아니, 나는 그들을 참을 수 없습니다. 왜요? 너무 무섭다.
