which I always thought sounded a little insulting maybe even patronising.

I am working a lot restoring my garden and my house in the mountains.

I remember you mentioning this because you've gone off

to your mountain house high up,

and you are doing some work

at the moment, restoring your garden and also your house.

I have some friends.

They bought a house a couple of years ago.

An old house I think it was an old school house.

Small villages, small areas.

You used to have

a local school, quite often a small building

where the local children would go to school.

However, because in many areas here in England,

many large schools were built.

So the small local village schools quite often would close,

especially if they only had a few students attending.

And then later, of course, they would be sold.

They would sell the actual school buildings,

very small buildings but they could be converted into a house.

So a couple of my friends a couple of years ago

bought one house a very old house.

However,

it is

something that is not for the faint hearted.

If you are planning on renovating a house,

maybe a house that you've bought in, it's very old and it needs lots of work,

lots of repairs, doing to it.

You have to make sure that you are ready for the task

because my friends have faced

many difficulties, lots of problems,

things that they they were not expecting.

So when you buy an old house, quite often you will

you will buy a lot of trouble, a lot of pressure, a lot of heartache.

And I suppose also you should have plenty of money as well before you start the job.

of my view is that I'm male.

So it would be fair to say, I suppose, that

I do have more male viewers and female viewers.

I get slightly more female viewers than male viewers.

So I wouldn't say that I appeal more to male viewers or female viewers

because the the numbers can often

fluctuate.
