spicy, it had lots of flavour and it was delicious.

Now, normally I don't like eating too much of that type of food

for various reasons, but

it was delicious.

But can I say, Mr.

Steve, that was absolutely gorgeous.

That meal last night was so magnifique.

It was beautiful.

All because normally

Mr. Steve's lentil curry

doesn't have much flavour.

But last night he got it perfect. He did it perfectly.

I don't know what he was doing last night, but it was the most delicious meal

I've had in a long time.

In fact, I described Mr.

Steve's lentil curry in the past

as being

bland.

It's not a word you ever use,

So bland is something that is tasteless.

Oh, today, once again,

Claudia is cooking, or should I say,

baking some bread in the oven.

You know, that's one of the things I would love to be able to do.

I would love to be able to make my own bread,

but of course, it takes so much time and so much effort

and I just can't be bothered.

It's much easier to go to the shop and buy some.

There is a type of bread that I want to eat more of,

but it's very hard to get hold of and that is sour dough.

Have you heard of sour dough bread? Sour dough.

And apparently it is a specific type of bread

that is left for a very long time.

So quite often in modern bread

making, normally they rush the process.

They do it very fast, they do it quickly

so you don't get all of the flavour and all of the taste of the bread.

However, with sour dough bread

they allow all of the fermentation

to take place over a longer period of time.

However, because of that, sourdough bread is normally expensive,

but it is much healthier for you.

It is much better than the

the processed bread that you buy in the supermarket.

So it is very hard to to actually get

sour dough bread, but it it does taste rather nice.

We've got snowdrops in the garden.

I've always picked up every cold flu bug going all my life.

I've always been susceptible to that.

It's probably just the shape of my throat on some.

No. Well, I'm going to talk about you again.

I remember when we first met.

When we first met, I realised one thing about Mr.

Steve, and that is he catches colds very easily.

And I suppose one of the reasons was, was the job that you were doing, because you were,

you were hanging around sick people quite a lot.

So is that maybe that's one of the reasons.

But I did realise very early on that that Mr.

Steve is a person who might be getting colds

and flu and all sorts of other fevers quite often. And

I used to as the child, I always did as a child,

and some years I remember you not going back that long ago.

I would get like four colds a year

and I don't think I was run down or anything, but I just just would catch them.

I don't know why I never found out the reason how or how to prevent them.

I've tried every alternative therapy there is.

If it's out there, I've tried it.

None of them work.

So I think I've just have to accept that.

I've got to stay away from people if I want to avoid colds and flu bugs.

So you're going to become like me.

Everybody has a weak point in their system somewhere.

I think so.

And that just happens to be mine.

I suppose I shouldn't complain too much. It could be a lot worse.

Everyone, every everyone has their own Achilles heel.

Well, the other thing I was going to mention very briefly,

to do with with catching fevers or

or being able to to catch things easily.

And some people are they are very the word I'm looking for is susceptible.

If a person is susceptible

to colds or fever, maybe they catch them quite often.

And of course, we do have seasons as well, don't we, Steve?

So that weather, as we all know

it is is is a good environ

for cold and flu bugs to be transmitted.

So is is it still the flu season now? Yes.

Yes, flu season starts

sort of November, December time the peak

and then goes on to probably end

of February, beginning of March until spring.

I mean, you can get flu any time of the year, but the vast

majority of the cases tend to be in in this country, in the northern

tend to be December, January time.

But yes, I did have a flu jab and I think that does help.

But I definitely, definitely was cold.

But anyway, enough about me. Mr. Duncan.

Steve is still under the weather.

He hasn't completely recovered.

As I mentioned last night.

I think after many, many weeks and months of trial and error,

I finally found

the best way to make it stick.

Stick to that particular recipe in future.

And talking of cooking, I noticed that Claudia is cooking bread.

Yeah.

Which I used to love cooking when I was younger.

I used to cook it for my mum when I was a teenager or younger.

I can't remember when I started cooking bread, but I used to love cooking bread.

We normally say baking. Baking? Yes, I used to love that.

I used to like love kneading the dough and watching the

the bread rise with the yeast.

You to stick it in the air and cover it and let it rise up

and then need it again and then let it rise up again and then cook.

You cannot beat home baked bread.

Yes, absolutely Delicious.

Well, as I mentioned to you last week, not on the live stream, but away from the live stream.

There is a type of practical sourdough bread, but it's very hard to get hold of because

apparently it is it is prepared over a very long period of time.

So all of the yeast is allowed to ferment more.

And because of that, it is actually better for you.

It is actually better for your body.

Less starch, apparently.

But but unfortunately, it's not easy to come by.

Yes, it's become it became very popular in the lockdowns.

A lot of people were making it at home.

It became a bit of a became a bit of a thing, a bit of a fad

during the lockdowns, because during the lockdowns, everyone was doing a lot more cooking at home.

You couldn't buy flour, everyone was doing their own home cooking.

A lot more of it went sour.

Dough became this sort of thing that loads of people were cooking at home.

So I mean, we didn't do it.

I never did cook bread in the end, but I could have had a go.

But yes, it's it's a right sandwich.

No, it's fine. It's just it just takes too long to make.

Well, that's the trouble with if you've got the time to bake bread, fine.

Otherwise you probably need to get yourself one of those bread makers.

But then if you buy a bread maker, then you

if you don't use it, it's just a waste of money and a large bit of equipment

that sits in the kitchen cupboard somewhere not being new, it just takes too much time to make.

I can't I can't stand around waiting for bread to rise.

Well, I think if you've got a bread maker, I think that's good.

But it's quite a commitment.

I would like to get one.

I've thought about getting one because you can experiment

with all different types of bread, but you know, it's £100

and then the danger is that you buy one and then you never use it.

And then or you use it a few times and you become bored with it

and then you stick it in the cupboard and then you end up going out buying bread

because we have seen something in the news this week

about how Shop bought bread is very bad for you.

Yes, well, this is it.

This is literally what I mentioned earlier, because it's got too much of the raw starch.

It isn't allowed to ferment.

And of course, brown bread is another one that a lot of people like.

You can have bread with lots of grain

or maybe lots of wheat or wheat germ.

So so I suppose there were many different types of bread, but I would love

to eat more of sour dough bread. So.

So we'll try and find if someone does it, maybe we can ask our next door neighbour

who who happens to own a bakery.

One of our neighbours who moved to is

year or the year before he actually owns a bakery.

And then and then we have to call it off.

So so that is the main problem.

That is the one, the one worry that is now at the back of my mind.

But we will try.

We are determined it will happen.

It might not happen this year, but we are hoping that it will that.

So now we've got to plan for it.

If you don't plan for it, it won't happen.

We've got to say we've got to pick a date and say

this is when we're going and and then give a few alternative dates

because people might be working on might be difficult to get time off.

People need to be able to plan in advance.

or this weekend, which would be better because we're very flexible.

when there are public holidays, particularly in France

if there's going to be a strike, they're going to do it on a public holiday.

We all like to have a look at the news stories on the Internet.

Maybe there are reports

in your local area that you want to keep up with, but Steve has started

writing comments underneath

these news stories, and sometimes I don't know why

you do it, Steve, but one of these days someone is going to knock on the door

and they're going to say, yeah,

I yeah, the guy that wrote that comment.

And then you will have to stand there and explain yourself.

So I think a lot of people do this nowadays that neither.

Yes, I've got into because I've got time on my hands because I'm not working now.

I've got time on my hands, as they say.

I've got lots of spare time.

I've become a bit hooked on

reading news stories

like just become hooked on the news,

reading stories and then reacting to them.

Because in a lot of news stories now posted on the Internet,

there is a comment section

where people have made comments.

It's not like

it's not like not Tik Tok.

What's that thing that the way you

that people make lots of comments about what we can't

possibly just.

Duncan tweet, Twitter, Twitter. Yes.

It's it's it's probably similar to Twitter, but it's the news story itself

and it has a comment section at the top.

And I I've got into this habit of reading a news story becoming

excited about it in some way and making comments.

And I've got a bit out of control with it.

So I've got to be careful because I'm not being abusive or anything like that.

I'm just putting my point of view across.

And I have noticed quite a lot of reaction from people

where I often take the opposite view

that other people are taking in their comments section.

So I'm going to have to be careful that I don't bite off

more than I can chew and

say something that might come back to bite me.

If you say something that might come back to bite you, you say something and make a comment about something.

You think that it's not going to have any repercussions, but then suddenly

at some point somebody knocks on your door and punches you

in the face and something like that could happen.

So yes, exactly.

So it's like people make comments, don't they, from ten years ago

when they were teenagers on

websites

or on social media somewhere, and then they become famous

and then somebody finds a tweet or a post from somewhere years ago

that they made, and then they try and use that to destroy them in the media.

Yeah, but of course, things you might have said when you've were a teenager,

you might have grown out of that way of thinking now

and you might have a different, completely different way of thinking.

But then the people have to graphically drop, grovel and and

take back what they said and apologise.

And you have to get very often looks very unseemly.

You have to beg for forgiveness.

Yes, they have to beg for forgiveness because they're out there

instead of standing up and saying, Well, yeah, that's what I said at the time.

I don't mean now.

You know, people get so upset now about everything they do.

Ridiculous.

You know, everyone makes offhanded comments.

So might have said things in conversations to people years ago

that they don't necessarily believe now, but of course they do.

They're long forgotten.

But if you're a famous person and you and everything you do on the on

social media now is there forever, isn't it?

Well, you can delete it.

You can delete it.

But if you don't, it's there forever. Yes.

So it's very difficult, isn't it, I think, to say anything now.

I think it is very, very easy to do that, though, if you're sitting behind the keyboard.

And no one knows who you are.

I think that that is one of the things that that does happen a lot these days.

We call these people keyboard warriors

and they they have lots of lots of courage when they're behind the keyboard.

But but in person, if you met them in the street,

they wouldn't express any of those views

because they know in the real world

or as they as we call it now, i r l

that's what people say they instead of saying in the real world,

they just abbreviate it to i r l I didn't know that in the real world,

Where we've noticed this is something we've noticed a lot about Tomic, because as we've said

about all of those people out there watching us.

So we don't know who could who could be watching, as it could be anyone, any one, anyone.

They might be a famous celebrity watching us.

So maybe Tomic, maybe Tomic is actually someone who's really famous

and he wants to make sure that he doesn't leave any trail.

A lot of the artists used to live up there.

and floating.

You might be surprised to find out just how many words and phrases there are connected to those things.

Oh, because very few people apparently these days,

very few people use one of these.

They very rarely write anything.

And if they do, they only do it

occasionally when they have to.

So most people nowadays and this is something I've mentioned in the past,

I think this is one of those dying actions, something that we used to do all the time.

But writing with a pen Now, I don't know about you, Steve, but whenever I do

it, I find it very hard.

Yes, I find it hard.

I find it really weird when I have to write, especially

if I'm writing something and it's a very long piece, maybe something I want to remind myself of,

maybe some ideas that I have for a future lesson.

But I find it really hard to actually write it.

It feels weird.

And yet, as a child at school, that that's all we ever did.

I know if I have to write anything now,

when I look at the writing afterwards, it looks like the writing of a five year old

and. It

makes you fingers ache. Yes.

I don't know.

Maybe teachers do.

Teachers still write a lot, I presume children do.

If they have the children still write essays at school.

I think.

I think they do.

They type it on a computer now. I don't know.

This is the strange thing, though.

The other day you were talking about classrooms

and you said that they don't have blackboards anymore.

They don't have chalkboards, but I don't think they even have whiteboards anymore.

I think everything is projected using a computer and a projector.

So I think everything now is shown on on the wall or on a special surface

y for the for the lesson to be projected onto.

So I think many schools now actually use computers

in their in their daily life when they are actually teaching in class.

I think so.

Oh yes, we do.

Don't I mean, certainly writing has reduced in most people's lives that I mean,

if I used to when I first started work, all reports

were written on paper.

I used to have to write sales reports on on paper and send them through.

Was I mean, yes, we had I hardly right now

I probably do write something every day

because I write if I've got to memorise

a script or the lines from a song.

One of the techniques I've found that works very well is to physically write it down.

Yes, several times.

So I do do that because that helps with the memory retention.

But actually that almost comes on to what I want to mention about learning English,

because this does connect to learning the English language.

So what I always say and anyone who is finding it

difficult to remember words or phrases

or maybe they just want to improve their grammar, one of the best ways of doing it is to write.

Maybe if you find a favourite passage from a book,

or maybe an essay that you enjoy, write it down, copy it.

And what you find is when you write with a pen,

when you use a pen, you are actually using your eyes

and your brain in a rather unique, neat way.

It's unique because you are using your hand to do one thing.

You are looking as you do it, and also

your brain is having to concentrate on what it is you are writing

and those things combined

create a very unique moment of time for your brain.

It it helps things to go into your mind

or into your brain and stay there.

Definitely.

If I want to remember the lines of a song or I said

any lines from dialogue, then if I write it,

just physically write it down from it doesn't go in.

If I just keep reading it, it goes in very slowly.

If I literally write it out.

And apparently the rule is if you do it three times,

if you write out something three times,

it will stay in your brain, because somehow that connection

between writing it down and somehow you get a different understanding as well.

I mean, I can look I can look at the words of a song and sing them from the music

or say the lines,

but when you write them out, suddenly a different and you get a different

understanding of what it's what it's trying to say.

Because sometimes it's easy to read something and not really concentrate on what you're reading.

You can just read the words very easily,

but You can't necessarily

get into your brain what what that actually means.

But if you write it down, you all right?

Oh, that's what they're trying to say.

Somehow there's a different connection, as you say, going on

in the brain.

A lot of I'm always interested in people that do calligraphy.

I'm always a bit jealous of people who can write nicely

because my

handwriting, to be honest, my handwriting is atrocious.

I always if there's one thing my teacher used to always about in school,

especially my early years, was my awful handwriting.

It really did look as if a spider had across the page.

So I'm always envious.

I'm slightly jealous of people who can write very well.

I think sometimes your handwriting, Steve, you would have been a great doctor.

Yeah, I think so.

I think you would have been a an amazing doctor because

I can never read your handwriting.

I can't read it either.

A lot of people are saying that they do write every day and they do

enjoy writing every day. Ha

I write every day with a pen.

Lots of people have said the same thing.

Olga says that do so it's not necessarily dying out.

Tomic says he writes down lists of things to do, like a to do list that does that.

But I used to do that a lot at work because I need them when I'm not working.

Now, if you write things down, you're more likely to do them.

If you have a to do list or list of goals for that day,

you're far more likely to do them if you write them down.

It's part of that retention.

Yes, I think so.

But there is a good exercise.

So if you want to improve your your word power or your ability

to remember words, a very good thing to do is to write them down physically.

Do it instead of just typing with a computer.

It isn't the same thing.

If you write it, it is it is using your brain in a very special way.

And I think it is a good way of of improving your word power, your grammar,

and I suppose also your handwriting as well.

I think Francesca says I write notes from your past lessons. Oh

yes. That's it.

Sort of key learning points. Hmm.

And if you write it down.

It's the information is going to be retained in your brain much better

than if you just watch something.

I mean, they say they do say that, don't they?

The experts in sort of retention of information

say that the more senses you can be involved, you can get involved,

the more likely you are to retain it.

So visual

hearing and then also writing it down, another one

to help your brain retain information

or have some impact.

Yeah, a lot of people are saying that they

they still write a lot and they enjoy doing it.

And Olga says that she does a writer to do list as well.

That's probably the only things she writes, but at least she's doing it.

And Cristina says, I'm always writing down from your lessons.

From your lessons as well.

So that's another person is taking notes from the lesson, which is presumably why,

I mean, if you watch a television programme, if I watch a television programme

that's trying to give me information, you don't retain that much of it

because it's only the visual you're getting, isn't it?

You're only getting the visual and the hearing, but you're not getting that

connection, which is that writing it down that slowly.

I don't know how it works, but it does.

But it's a very good tip for.

Those who are having difficulty remembering words and also learning grammar.

Listening, of course, is another one.

A lot of people these days are choosing of reading.

They are choosing to listen to audiobooks,

and I suppose that is one of the strengths of doing this.

Listening to this because you are listening to conversation

taking place and also it's live as well.

So this is not prepared.

In fact, Mr.

Steve sat down today in front of that camera

and he had no idea what we were actually going to talk about.

And yet here we are

at 3:15 on a Sunday afternoon.

and phrases connected to well, we are looking at things that are up

and also things that sometimes float

well to

look at it

There is a lovely bird in the garden

and it is a regular visitor.

Unfortunately, it's injured itself.

So it's so Steve was really surprised to see it.

And you may have heard Steve say, Oh, look, well, that's just Mr.

Duncan. That could have been very embarrassing.

We could have said something that we didn't want other people to hear.

Yes, I'm glad we didn't say anything rude.

Well, I

had a suspicion that you might not have switched my microphone down.

So we're not a suspicion, but it's a good job.

We didn't say anything bad about people on the live stream, isn't it?

Well, we never do anyway.

But that's the thing we do.

As I always say, what you see is what you get.

But you know, certain people sometimes say things that hurt us offenders.

And, you know, we could have said something off camera, so to speak.

So here's one. Steve do you want to read it out

to go up in the world?

Oh, yeah, go up in the world. So,

yes, a lot of people want to go up in the world.

It means that you move to a higher level in society

or in your job.

Maybe you go up in the world, you might get a promotion to become a manager

and people will say, Ooh, you've gone up in the world,

so you're now move ing in different

circles, people that might be

very ambitious, people who are successful.

You're moving up in the world.

You could marry into a rich family

or marry into royalty or something like that,

and people might say, Oh, you've gone up in the world

because the perception is that you are now

moving in different circles, in higher circles.

But yes,

it's a phrase that's often used,

and most people aspire to

to do better in their lives. Yes.

And move up in the world

or move on move to a higher level in society, to a higher level in their job.

I suppose the word I want to use is status.

Yes, status.

A person's status goes up.

So maybe it is promotion at work.

Maybe you get promoted in your job, maybe you are

just the supervisor and then maybe they promote you.

You go up in the world, your status goes up, you are promoted.

Maybe you become the assistant manager or.

Something like that.

Very nice. Yes, of that.

Yes. Somebody that. Exactly.

If you.

Because then suddenly you probably

because you move to a different I mean if you if you were

I'd say you suddenly

became a manager or a director at your work.

You've been working for years to do that.

But we've all seen people who we've worked on a level

that has moved into management

and then you dumped you, then your contact with that person

becomes less and less because they haven't got they can't spend all that time with you anymore.

They can't.

That's true. Yes.

And then that plus they also might think some people might think that they've somehow

better than you now that they've got a promotion or that they are now moving in

and they this is this lovely new world they're in and they don't want to talk to people.

Now they see everybody else is below them

and that can happen.

Of course, it's sad when that happens, but of course it does.

You often lose friends because they suddenly go into management

or become a director and then they they're they suddenly think that better than everybody else.

But yes, to move up in the world.

And I suppose the other one, of course,

is the one we haven't mentioned is if you start earning more money as well.

So maybe your your lifestyle will change.

Maybe you can move to a bigger house or have a larger car or maybe two cars.

So moving up in the world can also refer

to your your social status as well.

So a good a good phrase there.

And it is used quite a lot, as you said, Steve, quite often it's used sarcastically.

Oh, oh you're you're going up in the world.

Oh you're moving up in the world.

Oh yes.

Particularly if you are suddenly driving

an obviously better car. Yes.

So say you were driving around in a Volkswagen Golf

for many years and then suddenly you're in,

I don't know, a top end Audi. Yes.

Or Mercedes or BMW.

Not that there's anything wrong with a Volkswagen Golf.

And a lot of people will, even if they've got lots of money, you will carry on driving a car like that.

But if suddenly, suddenly you were driving a Volkswagen Golf or a Ford Escort,

focus one day and then suddenly you came home in,

I don't know, an S-Class Mercedes, or you

people will say, Oh, you're going up in the world because they, you know, because obviously

to afford a much better car like that, then you must

have got a promotion or a better job or something.

And, and you will also feel as though

you are going up in the world yourself.

You will feel as though you are achieving something.

I mean, if that's your goal in life, fine.

And if you get it brilliant.

But yes, people will often

associate particularly a car

with as a status symbol as going up in the world.

Like if you move house,

sometimes just getting a a slightly better car or just a new car

of the same sort of level.

So say you had a six year old Volkswagen Golf.

I'm not picking on Volkswagen Golf, but the golf is like an average car, isn't it?

Anyway, I think I think that's the point made. Yes.

But if you get a new golf

ball, the point I'm making is, hey, if you just go buy a new golf or a new car

on that same people that that that could be keeping up appearances.

You just try but if you get something that's substantially better,

then you have obviously done something and you're moving up in the world.

Yeah.

To to a new level of status.

Anyway, we'll move on.

Sometimes the right thing to do is to give up

because you can keep on doing something and trying to do something.

And if it's not working, then you probably need to give up at least

for a period of time and reassess what you're doing

and maybe try again later on in the future.

For example, You know,

well, I mean, there's loads of examples for giving up, isn't there?

You might want to form a relationship with a particular person.

You might be, you know, you might have attractions for a certain,

but you keep trying, but they keep rejecting you.

And in the end you just say, Oh, I just give up.

What's the point? Yeah.

And sometimes giving up isn't negative.

Sometimes giving up is a realisation that,

you know, your efforts aren't going to be worth

and also worth you doing something also.

So you have to look at reality and decide whether,

you know, giving up isn't necessarily a negative thing.

It can be

that you just realised that it's something is never going to work,

so there's no point in you carrying on putting all this effort in all the time.

Also, and to to give up something because it's bad for you.

Yes, you give up, you give up smoking, you give up drinking, you give up

having lots of.

So giving up can be positive. Yes.

So give up can be.

I'm giving up alcohol for four January.

It can be positive.

It doesn't necessarily have to be negative as often seen as negative.

I mean, if you're pursuing somebody that you're attracted to

for months and years and they're still rejecting you, then at some point you have to

is doing the same thing over and over

So sometimes you have to know when to give up.

talking about themselves all the time and saying how wonderful they are.

They're arrogant.

This is one that I'm sure you have some suggestions for.

To put up with something you be forced to endure or tolerate something mean.

a partner that you don't like to use.

you've got to earn money.

You can put it with abuse from somebody.

It means it's something that you you endure something for whatever reason,

but you decide that you're going to to endure, to put up with it.

You might get to a point when you think enough's enough

and you do something about it.

But quite often you might just be willing to put up with something

because you're getting other things which are beneficial.

So putting up with a job you don't like is a good example because you don't like the job.

You might not like your boss or the customers or the something you do or your work colleagues,

but you're getting money to pay for your bills.

So you put up with the stuff

you don't like in order to get the stuff you want. Yes.

So you want the

money to pay for your bills, but so you're willing to put up

with some bad work practices or something you don't like about work.

But the the wages is enough compensation for the bad things that you don't like.

So you put up with it. Yes. That's one example.

So you're in a position where you are being forced to

endure or tolerate something.

Maybe a neighbour. Steve, our neighbour.

Yes, maybe there is a neighbour who has, I don't know,

just random suggestion here.

Maybe they have a dog that barks quite a lot.

Maybe they have something that they do that's really annoying and you have to put up with it.

You have to put up with something.

Of course some people don't want to put up with it.

They will object, they will protest, they will say,

We will not put up with your bad behaviour.

So that means we don't want to endure it, we don't want to tolerate it.

And yes, we won't.

So that phrase can be used in two ways. Hmm.

You might be willing to put up with certain things

to get something else, but then when you've had enough you that you

then say, I'm not putting up with this any more, I'm leaving you.

You might have put up with it for years because you maybe your husband was,

I think it's fair to say that you need a certain amount of success before you do that.

But it's interesting in this country how some of main now,

I suppose we think of electricity and the railways

and the rail tracks

that have to be maintained, how some of those companies over

the years have been sold off to private companies,

but then they've been bought again by the government and being nationalised.

So there are quite a few that seem to swap backwards and forwards because I remember

way back was in the 1980s when when they sold,

was it British Telecom didn't?

Yes, they made it private and you could buy shares

in British Telecom, the telephone company.

And the idea was that it would it would force competition in the market

and make everything more efficient.

And of course, a lot of people I bought some I bought some British Telecom shares that everybody did.

Everyone was quite excited that you could buy these shares

and then they would all go up in value and you could make a lot of money out of them.

yeah. You can float Publicly owned companies

and governments have done a lot of that over the over the last few decades.

But yeah, it can be just a private company

that you've run for years that then becomes very successful

and you sell the shares

and then you use that money to make the to, to.

and the the way to get funds to grow bigger,

you might want to build a new facility somewhere is to sell these shares.

People lots of thousands of people buy shares in the company.

You use that money to grow the company and then you give out a dividend

to the people that own the shares so that they then

get money for for helping you out.

You speak another one, another one they sold off with, with gas as well.

Remember that when they sold off, that was heavily publicised wasn't it.

I remember that they, they used to have a campaign on television.

whatever they are giving you to pay for an item.

So quite often you will have to have a small amount of money

in your cash register before you start trading in the morning.

And sometimes when I remember when women

to wear very long dresses or things that went almost down to the floor

when they were moving, it almost looked as if they were floating.

Looks like they were.

They are actually floating.
