What we learned from these women

RG: Since 2018, Deepa and I have interviewed thousands of women,

The results and the response have been startling.

It doesn't show up in the same ways for us.

And we all need to let go of the idea that it's a meritocracy.

People everywhere are talking about being burnt out.

But women of color, we're not just burnt out.

And what we saw was, first,

One of the things our research identified
