In this video, we’re going to learn negatives with ‘have’ and ‘has’.

ဤဗီဒီယိုတွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် 'have' နှင့် 'has' ဖြင့် အနုတ်လက္ခဏာများကို လေ့လာပါမည်။

Now this also pretty easy.

အခုလည်း တော်တော်လွယ်ပါတယ်။

You just have to remember everything that I wrote.

ငါရေးခဲ့သမျှကို မင်းမှတ်မိဖို့ပဲလိုတယ်။

Okay.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

So, let’s take a look at the board.

ဒီတော့ ဘုတ်ကို ကြည့်ရအောင်။

Okay, first, for ‘I’, we use, “I don’t have…”

ကောင်းပြီ၊ ပထမ၊ 'I' အတွက်၊ "I don't have..." ကိုသုံးသည်

Remember, ‘don’t’ is a contraction for ‘do not’.

၊ 'မလုပ်' သည် 'မလုပ်' အတွက် ကျုံ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ကို သတိရပါ။

“I don’t have…”

“ငါမရှိဘူး…”

For ‘he, ‘she’ and ‘it’, we use ‘doesn’t have’.

'သူ' 'သူမ' နှင့် 'it' တို့အတွက် 'မရှိ' ဟု သုံးသည်။

‘Doesn’t’ is a contraction for ‘does not’.

'Does' သည် 'မလုပ်' အတွက် ကျုံ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။

“He doesn’t have…”

“သူ့မှာ…”

“She doesn’t have…”

“သူမမှာ…”

“It doesn’t have…”

“မပါဘူး…”

Now on the bottom.

အခုတော့ အောက်ခြေမှာ။

For ‘you’, ‘we’, ‘they’, it’s the same as ‘I’.

'မင်း'၊ 'ငါ'၊ 'သူတို့' အတွက်တော့ 'ငါ' နဲ့ အတူတူပါပဲ။

We use ‘don’t have’.

'မရှိ' လို့ သုံးပါတယ်။

“You don’t have…”

“မင်းမှာ မရှိဘူး…”

“We don’t have…” and “They don’t have…”

“ငါတို့ မရှိဘူး…” “သူတို့မှာ မရှိဘူး…”

So, let’s look at these pictures.

ဒီတော့ ဒီပုံတွေကို ကြည့်ရအောင်။

Remember, we have a rabbit and a carrot.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွင် ယုန်တစ်ကောင်နှင့် မုန်လာဥနီတစ်လုံးရှိသည်ကို သတိရပါ။

So, we said, “It has a carrot.”

ဒီတော့ ငါတို့က "မုန်လာဥနီ ရှိတယ်"

Okay, but, we’re doing negatives, so we have to say,

ကောင်းပြီ၊ ဒါပေမယ့်၊ ငါတို့က အဆိုးမြင်နေတာမို့

“It doesn’t have a cake.”

"ကိတ်မုန့်မရှိဘူး" လို့ပြောရပါမယ်

“It doesn’t have a cake.”

။ "ကိတ်မုန့် မရှိဘူး"

Okay.

Now here, we have the ants and an apple.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

အခုဒီမှာ ပုရွက်ဆိတ်နဲ့ ပန်းသီးတစ်လုံးရှိတယ်။

So, we said, “They have an apple.”

ဒီတော့ ငါတို့က "သူတို့မှာ ပန်းသီးတစ်လုံးရှိတယ်"

Okay.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

But for this banana here, we have to say, “They don’t have a banana.”

ဒါပေမယ့် ဒီငှက်ပျောသီးအတွက်ကတော့ “သူတို့မှာ ငှက်ပျောသီးမရှိဘူး” လို့ပြောရပါမယ်။

“They don’t have a banana.”

“သူတို့မှာ ငှက်ပျောသီးမရှိဘူး”

Okay, let’s move on to some more practice.

ကောင်းပြီ၊ နောက်ထပ် အလေ့အကျင့်တစ်ခုဆီ ဆက်သွားကြရအောင်။

Now let’s try this practice with the negatives ‘doesn’t have’ and ‘don’t have’ together.

အခုဒီအလေ့အကျင့်ကို 'မရှိ' 'မရှိ' နဲ့ 'မရှိ' တဲ့အလေ့အကျင့်ကို စမ်းကြည့်ရအောင်။

Now this is a little easy because we know that the second word is have.

ဒုတိယစကားလုံးမှာရှိသည်ကိုသိသောကြောင့်၎င်းသည်အနည်းငယ်လွယ်ကူသည်။

All you have to think is should we use ‘doesn’t’ or ‘don’t’.

ငါတို့က 'မလုပ်ဘူး' ဒါမှမဟုတ် 'မလုပ်ဘူး' ကို သုံးသင့်သလား တွေးရမယ်။

Okay.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

So, I’m just going to put ‘have’ her first.

ဒါဆို ငါသူ့ကို 'ရှိပြီ' လို့ အရင်တင်လိုက်မယ်။

Okay.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

“She ‘blank’ have short hair.”

"သူမ 'ဗလာ' မှာ ဆံပင်တိုတယ်"

Should we use ‘don’t’ or ‘doesn’t’?

'မလုပ်' သို့မဟုတ် 'မလုပ်' ဟု သုံးသင့်ပါသလား။

If you remember, for ‘she’, we use ‘doesn’t’.

'သူမ' ကို မှတ်မိရင် 'မလုပ်' လို့ သုံးပါတယ်။

“She doesn’t have short hair.”

"သူ့မှာ ဆံပင်တို မရှိဘူး"

Okay.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

And again, I’m going to put ‘have’ first.

ပြီးတော့ ငါ 'ရှိပြီ' ကို အရင်ထည့်မယ်။

This is easy.

ဒါက လွယ်ပါတယ်။

‘He’ and ‘she’ we both use ‘doesn’t’.

'သူ' နှင့် 'သူမ' ဟူ၍ နှစ်မျိုးလုံး 'မ' ဟု သုံးသည်။

“He doesn’t have an umbrella.”

"သူ့မှာ ထီးမရှိဘူး"

Okay.

ဟုတ်ပြီ

How about for ‘I’?

'ငါ' အတွက်ကော ဘယ်လိုလဲ။

“I doesn’t have….”

“ငါ့မှာ မရှိဘူး….”

Or “I don’t have…”?

ဒါမှမဟုတ် “ငါ့မှာမရှိဘူး…”?

The correct answer is ‘don’t’.

အဖြေမှန်က 'မလုပ်'။

“I don’t have a wife.”

"ငါ့မှာ မိန်းမမရှိဘူး"

“People…”

“လူတွေ…”

Remember, if we have more than one person, animal and thing, we have to think of ‘they’.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့တွင် လူတစ်ဦး၊ တိရစ္ဆာန်နှင့် အရာဝတ္ထုတစ်ခုထက်ပိုပါက 'သူတို့' ကို စဉ်းစားရမည်ဟု သတိရပါ။

For ‘they’, do we use ‘don’t’ or ‘doesn’t’?

'သူတို့' အတွက် 'မလုပ်' သို့မဟုတ် 'မလုပ်' ဟု သုံးပါသလား။

သင်မှတ်မိပါသလား?

The correct answer is ‘don’t’.

အဖြေမှန်က 'မလုပ်'။

“People don’t have manners.”

“လူတွေမှာ အကျင့်စာရိတ္တ မရှိဘူး”

Okay.

Next.

နောက်တစ်ခု။

“We…”

“ငါတို့…”

“We ‘blank’ have money.”

“ငါတို့ 'အလွတ်' မှာ ပိုက်ဆံရှိတယ်။

Should we put ‘doesn’t’ or ‘don’t’?

'မလုပ်' သို့မဟုတ် 'မလုပ်' ဟု ရေးသင့်ပါသလား။

The correct answer is ‘don’t’.

အဖြေမှန်က 'မလုပ်'။

“We don’t have money.”

" ငါတို့မှာ ပိုက်ဆံမရှိဘူး "

Okay, and the last one.

ကောင်းပြီ၊ နောက်ဆုံးတစ်ခု။

“A snake…”

“မြွေ…”

A snake is an animal.

မြွေသည် တိရစ္ဆာန်ဖြစ်သည်။

What do we use for an animal?

တိရိစ္ဆာန်အတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဘာကိုအသုံးပြုကြသနည်း။

“It.”

“အဲဒါ။”

“It…”

“အဲ…”

What should we put here?

ငါတို့ ဒီမှာ ဘာထားရမလဲ။

“It…doesn’t…have legs.”

“ခြေထောက် မရှိဘူး…”

Okay, so that was our practice the negatives ‘don’t have’ and ‘doesn’t have’.

ဟုတ်ပြီ၊ ဒါ ငါတို့ရဲ့ အလေ့အကျင့်က 'မရှိတာ' နဲ့ 'မရှိ' တဲ့ အဆိုးတွေ။
