qualifications good afternoon you must  be Daniel nice to meet you i am Mr

harris oh good afternoon and nice to meet you  Mr harris and yes my name is Daniel Thompson

so Daniel well we have been interviewing  candidates for this position for

weeks but we haven't found the right person yet  the last person we hire was a disappointment  

we need someone with experience and real  commitment so tell me why should we hire

you mr harris I have over 10 years of experience  in this field i've worked in different companies  

always giving my best i take my job seriously  and I'm dedicated to learning and improving  

i'm hardworking and I always meet deadlines  i'm sure I can be a great asset to your

company okay sorry to start with such  a direct question but I'm actually very

direct i don't like wasting time because I  consider time to be the most valuable resource  

i hope you understand yes of course i think the  same as you time is very valuable and shouldn't  

be wasted i agree sounds perfect to me you  mentioned you'd be a great asset to this

company but do you know what this  company does do you know anything about

it yes Hudson Enterprises i know this is one of  the biggest companies in the technology industry  

i know you have won various awards for your  advances in technology and financial processes

opinion very good i asked you that question  because I understand you were notified at the last  

minute about this interview and yet you went to  the trouble of researching this company very good

on everything related to my field  of work that's good to hear let's

well I'm a dedicated worker with a strong  background in logistics and operations i've  

managed teams handle shipments and  insured a smooth company operations

but most importantly I'm a problem  solver who works well under

pressure okay now I see you have experience  in the field why did you leave your last job  

well the company had to downsize due to  financial difficulties and unfortunately  

I was one of the employees affected but  I see this as an opportunity to bring my  

skills to a new company oh that's a  pity it happens with some companies  

and tell me what are your strengths sure well  I'm very organized reliable and work well under

pressure i'm also great at teamwork  and communication i like to maintain  

good communication all the time okay  that's good to know and what about your

weaknesses i tend to be perfectionist  sometimes I spend too much time making sure  

everything is perfect but I'm learning to balance  efficiency with quality i know that time is very

valuable okay you mentioned a few things about  the company but why do you want to work for us  

hudson Enterprises is a reputable company  with a strong values i know that i really  

admire how you handle business and how  you treat your employees it's fantastic
