Peruvian Lomo saltado it's the first  time I hear that name what is it

Lomo saltado is a popular traditional  Peruvian dish it's delicious

the dish is normally prepared by marinating  sirloin strips in vinegar soy sauce and spices

and stir fry in this with red onions parsley  tomatoes and possibly other ingredients

the use of both potatoes which originated  in Peru and rice which originated in Asia

and starches are typical of the cultural  blending that the dish represents its delicious

sounds really good I want to try  it what else is sit on the menu

we also have different dishes prepared  with chicken do you like chicken

I love chicken last time I tried an  excellent baked chicken it was amazing

well we have the famous Peruvian grilled  chicken or its name in Spanish is Pollo La Brasa

I've heard about that dish before people  say it's delicious I want to try to

but I wanna know how do you make  this dish and what does it have

accompanied with thick french fries a fresh  salad and dipping sauces including mayonnaise

ketchup mustard and of course a Heber  the chili pepper sauce it's delicious

yeah it sounds really good  what else any other dish

well we have a lot of dishes sir also  we sell Burgers sandwiches and snacks

no I don't want to eat any kind of snacks  I prefer cooked food it's much better

but to start bring me a cup of coffee  please it has to be a good coffee okay

sure we have the Colombian coffee  it's the best coffee you can try

seriously why is it the best coffee I  have tried different types of coffee

well as far as I know that Colombian coffee region  is blessed with an optimal altitude and climate

a hand-picked harvesting process  perfected Our Generations

and some of the finest bins  in the world the end result is  

gratifying and stimulating to the Paladin senses
