What does this phrasal verb mean?

If, however, we remove that second particle "with,"

the phrasal verb can become intransitive

as simply "keep up."

Remember "keep up with" is transitive.

Either way the definition remains the same.

But now let me show you a third example.

Do you think the meaning is exactly the same?

To "keep something up" means that you maintain it

"keep something up"은 당신이 그것을 유지한다는 뜻입니다.

You continue doing it.

당신은 그것을 계속합니다.

"Keep (something) up" is transitive,

"Keep (something) up"은 타동사

and it can be separated by the object.
