Olympics is a noun, and in this case  it's a proper noun, so it's capitalized.

In this sentence, Olympic is an  adjective that describes games.

The type of games and adjectives don't have  plural forms in English, and that's why Olympic

doesn't have an S Or you can simply drop the  adjective and say I'm watching the games.

All three of these are common.

Now you could say in late June because 30th  is very late in June, in late June, in June.
