Now this is a present tense.

but it has a connection to the past, right?

And there are four basic ways we can use this.

We can talk about how long you've done something.

When we talk about those experiences

Look now the impacts on the present, right?

Now we can use this in IELTS.

For example, especially in part three

where they may ask you,

Of course, there are different tenses you can use

We can use different tenses to create different meanings.

Emphasis on the time, the present perfect continuous

So one of the big uses of the present perfect continuous
