A nosey parker just means somebody who is very nosey,

호기심 많은 사람이라는 건

very, very nosey.

아주 호기심이 많은 사람을 뜻해요.

No capitals, no, two words, no capitals, but interesting.

대문자 없음, 아니요, 두 단어, 대문자 없음, 하지만 흥미롭네요.

That is interesting, Cambridge does it without an e, huh?
