read and sometimes i also read randomly

sometimes stress continual knowledge

okay i'll tell you why because when i

started reading my first interest came

in fictional okay and once you start

reading sectional it becomes like a

quicksand do you know what a quick stand

actually it is like it is usually found

in marshy areas which is

kind of wet kind of dry so it would be

really wet soil and when you enter it

you will just keep on

falling down like you'll drown in it it

would be like someone is pulling you

you'll be never able to get out of it

it quicksand uh just search it up look

at its picture after the session uh

you'll figure out what it is so as i

said once you start reading fiction it

is like a quick stand you just get

pulled into it and there's no going back

so

i found so much comfort and fictional i

went to different genres beneath fiction

i went for

love stories rom-coms crime fillers

mysteries

and

all the kind of wonderful genres that

fiction allows

which made me too much in love with

fiction to look for anything else so

when i went for um just reading even the

blurbs and synopsises of spiritual books

motivational books so i found them to be

not enough it was like i already know

this i don't wanna do this i wanna read

fiction which is like an escape from the

real world so i think it was just about

being so uh interest once you start with

something that becomes your favorite

maybe if i would have started with

spiritual books they would be my

favorite

so it's just the beginning nothing else

oh

but in my case i was i also started with

story books but slowly i got and i would

read spiritual books now i

like to read

books as well as story books

yeah i mean uh right now you're reading

story books right story books have a

different life no my novel have a

completely different way i mean i

wouldn't recommend reading novels now i

started reading mine always maybe after

seven days so you'll take some time

you'll start reading them then you'll

get to see the fun of fictional world

all right then shall we begin with the

topic now any other thing that you have

in mind

you think that there is some hidden

meaning behind the dreams that we have

or it is nothing special

i don't know what is the hidden

word

in dreams but i guess it must be

you note them down as soon as you have

i don't know then i don't note them down

as soon as i have them once i notice

them down but i don't note them down

and i don't remember it always sometimes

i remember sometimes i forget

subconscious part of the brain makes us

forget it soon

the thing that i mentioned about noting

down the dreams that is called green

journaling so that is also something

that you can try if you want to work on

your writing skills because your brain

will be stressed to remember and you'll

get you jotted down every morning right

so remember that dream journaling

are you a journal person do you like to

journal regularly or not

um

journal person means a person who writes

all the things right

yeah i mean usually

uh like you'll write your all the

details of the date today it is that and

today i did that i'm feeling that

no i'm not a journal person

still remember a

horror dream when i was small i had it

but that dream i read it

were younger

i was in a you know a circle a sphere

type ball which was transparent or made

of glass

and i was running on it here and there

here and there and my

and a ghost was chasing me i was running

and then uh the one of the glass doors

like this opened and then my father came

and paul ran away then i went to the row

and then you were driving suddenly i

came to another situation in which we

were driving a car and a ghost was

chasing a certain bloody ghost which is

eyes was also not clear properly

uh wearing black clothes and it was a

normal street

and my eye told my father to call the

police

and uh

my father called but they told the

police did not pick um come and then

again i went to another

different situation in which i was

standing in a line and a ghost was uh

you know

was he was uh uh just um

separating who was the one who was doing

like this i was hiding behind one of my

friends then the ghost caught me and

then my sister woke me up

you're just supposed to really wake you

up or in your dream she woke you up

she really woke me up

oh yes this received you from the ghost

kind of

uh all right oh well i just feel that

your teddy keeps looking at me is there

any name for that teddy

yes we call it jojo

all right so it feels like jojo is

hiding behind you and looking at me from

my life so this is really cute how did

you get him like did someone gift it to

you or it was your own choice

my i don't remember it exactly but i

know

that my mother father

got it

all right then uh wonderful before

moving ahead i do have a couple of

things to share and have a shot listen

to it carefully first is whenever we

have we are speaking we have to try and

keep in mind that we take regular pauses

so what is happening is in certain

sentences your speed and pace is quite

fast

so then whenever paste is faster then we

do not sound clear

that's why it's important that you take

pause sometimes so that every word every

syllable comes out clearly

or have you heard shashi peru have you

ever heard him speaking or do you know

who he is

no no i don't know

all right also sometimes when you're

free he is an indian politician and a

wonderful speaker so you'll see that

just like you he has quite a fast pace

he speaks very fast but one more thing

that he has learned with practice is

that even with the fast face he takes

pauses at the right time so that every

word comes out here right so try to

bring in causes in your speech at the

right time it would appear as if you're

thinking as if you're causing for

dramatic effect

right so just keep in check that causes

are used and one more thing that i

wanted to add was that whenever we are

using a verb we do not have to use new

for example

uh we can directly say that uh i love to

swim

i love to do swimming it's not necessary

right because swimming is already a verb

so we don't have to use do unless we are

asking it in a question

like do you swim at that point we can

use do because it is a question uh it

would be like um

i like to walk

we don't have to say i like to do

walking that is not necessary it is

walking swimming these are already birds

did you catch my

in certain sentences other than that

you're speaking wonderfully well

okay coming back to dreams has it ever

happened that someone told you that hey

i saw you in my dream today

dream not even your sister

your dreams maybe you're like of course

we saw your father in

the dream that you told me but like your

friends and neighbors random people

would say that this happened my you came

here and you did that but she did not

say particularly that i saw you in my

dream

okay maybe she was just telling you her

dream and you were part of the dream

something which you have not you have

already experienced and which is

sleep paralysis

disorder and sleep

is simple meaning of paralysis is when

you're not able to move your body parts

sleep paralysis would be like

you feel like you've woken up your mind

is active but you cannot move your hands

you cannot move your leg you know that

you cannot try you cannot do anything

that kind of feeling is sleep paralysis

so this is the fact that nearly

90 i'm not sure about the exact number

but majority of humans go through sleep

paralysis at least once in their

lifetime at least once

most of them don't even realize that

they were suffering with sleep paralysis

for a few minutes hardly

yes i know it is scary but don't worry

if you have a good proper sleeping

schedule you are hydrated and you're

sleeping on your side so you wouldn't

have to face sleep paralysis
