the word hard can be used in the form of both an adjective and adverb.

hard라는 단어는 형용사와 부사의 형태로 모두 사용될 수 있습니다 .

As an adjective the word ‘hard’ can mean a solid thing.

형용사로서 '하드'라는 단어는 단단한 것을 의미할 수 있습니다.

The thing in question might have a solid surface or be made of a dense material.

We will often describe this as ‘hard’.

A solid thing is hard. It cannot be bent.
