Please send two ways to learn fast.

Well, I suppose one of the best ways of doing it is to

is to read and also listen at the same time.

And of course, these days we have lots of different technology

which will allow us to translate from one language to another very quickly, including English.

So maybe if you are learning English, you can pick up some useful

English words or phrases simply by using the translation device.

And of course there are many.

One of my favourite translation devices is a very simple one.

It's also free as well.

Of course we are talking about Google Translate, a very simple

but useful type of software.

Well, in fact, if I'm if I remember rightly, it is only available actually online.

So you do it live and you do it as you are

picking up new words or using new words.

So I often use Google Translate and I will be honest with you,

it works quite well.

So that is what I've been doing.

I've been listening to some words on Google Translate, so I've been putting some English

words and phrases into the translation software, and then

Italian comes out the other side.

It's rather clever, in fact.

If a person is out of their comfort zone, it means they are in a situation

that they feel unsure of, or maybe they feel nervous about.

So this is a phrase we often use in English when we are talking about

being in a situation that you are uncomfortable with,

or maybe you are doing something as a way of challenging yourself.

Sometimes it is good to push yourself.

I think as you get older it is very easy

to stop trying to stop trying new things.

So even if you are getting older,

I think it is always good to do something that pushes you a little bit further.

Maybe a new experience may be a thing

that you are afraid to do.

You might be surprised how much you can achieve once you try it.

So sometimes it is necessary to put yourself in a situation

where you are out of your comfort zone.

When we talk about the comfort zone, we are talking about that

feeling of being safe and comfortable.

Your comfort zone, maybe at home, maybe with people you are familiar with.

Sometimes it is good to get out there and try something different, something new.

Go to a different place.

Visit somewhere you've never been before.

Being out of your comfort zone can be something that,

well, it can be

challenging, but also it can be rewarding as well.

After the stomach drama at 35,000ft, I opened the door

and there was

someone waiting there, right outside the door to come in,

and I knew that I had left the worst smell in there ever.

Well, so I had to open the door and I had to face that person.

And I knew that that person would know that I've just had diarrhoea,

that I've just had diarrhoea in that toilet.

So we suddenly became very familiar with things
